Zales — Local services in Valdosta

Went into Zales on the busiest shopping day of the year (Black Friday) and was promptly greeted by associate Brandy. I told her that I was interested in right hand rings and she showed me their selection. I picked two that interested me and she gave me time to decide without any added pressure. She ask how I wanted to pay and I decided I wanted to apply for store credit. She was patient as I told her that I needed to unlock my credit. After paying she told me that my ring would be here by Christmas because I had to get it sized which would have cost me money except she told me about a protection plan for the ring that I could get that included the sizing!!! Can’t wait to get my ring!...

Fiancé bout me a bracelet for Christmas opened it up and the clamp to close the bracelet was to small. Lady had the nerve to say it charges to get fixed first of all it’s not broken it’s defected whoever made it need a new job bc they clearly don’t know what they were doing.
