I have shopped in this store for my children’s shoes since they were infants. My oldest just turned 5. Probably 80% of their shoes have been purchased here. That being said, they should recognize us as repeat customers. I have 2 children and rarely visit their store and spend less than $100. They are never overly friendly, but I have always been willing to overlook that because they have a great selection of the brands that I like. The last time we visited their store (last week) my youngest (3 yr) had to potty. Anyone with a child that age knows that when they need to go they need to go immediately. So instead of spending my probably $200+ dollars at your store, I went across town to Little Options and purchased the same shoes there. I will NEVER darken the door way of this business again. I will take my money and my business to a store that appreciates it, and that will allow my child to use the...
Read moreAfter paying way too much for a pair of little boys shoes, I decided to return them 10 minutes later (with the box/receipt). I was told they never accept returns and shown a small piece of paper on the countertop stating such. After going back and forth with the sales lady who had JUST helped me, I was finally given a store credit. They will no longer have my business. Don’t expect them to stay in business much longer based on their bad business practices and crazy prices. Shopping local is almost always better but...

I thought the whole customer service was great because she could have sold the shoe and not insist I return to go the...
