This is the worst service I have had in a long time. We came in for my birthday dinner and our server was Ariel. She was not friendly at all. She should definitely not be a server, she is in the wrong line of work. She doesn’t know the menu either. We asked her questions about some of the menu items and she said “I don’t know.” So I asked her some more questions to try and get my other questions answered and she “didn’t know!” She didn’t care to find out for us or anything. She just stood there looking at us ready to take our order. When the food came out one by one (I thought that was odd, but can deal with that) the person who brought the food to us gave me a chicken sandwich with nothing on it, but 2 different sauces. I asked who’s this was and they said “let me go get your server” Ariel came over and looked at it and said “I can’t touch it so I don’t knows who’s this is” and she started reading off the ticket saying “you ordered the souther chicken” I said “yes, but this isn’t the southern chicken. This doesn’t have any of the items that come with the southern chicken.” She took it and then came back with the right sandwich and said “they gave you the wrong sandwich.” No apology nothing. When our food got served she forgot the hot sauce I ordered as a side and by the time she got back with it I was already halfway done with my burger. That was the last we saw of her, until we got the ticket. She never once refilled our drinks, she never once came over to check on us. Not once. We needed a few refills and more napkins. She gave us the ticket with a smile and said thank you and walked away, so being confused on how to pay, we get up to go pay at the register, but then realize it’s for take out only, so we had to go back to the table to wait for her to come get the ticket. We couldn’t tip the amount they recommend because I tip off of service and this is was some of the worst service I have ever received. She is lucky she got the tip she did. I feel kids these days expect a good tip no matter what. She is definitely going to drive business away and we will never be back. The fries were awful as well. They didn’t taste fresh and tasted like they had been redipped in the oil. It’s been a while since I ate at a BWW, but I have always enjoyed their food. This was the first time I have ever had any problems with food or a server at a BWW. They must be desperate for people to work because the hostess was not great either. When you walked in he just looks at you and I sat and looked at him and he finally said something but it was very quite. I couldn’t here a word he said. I had to ask him “what?” Several times. I get that times are hard and that your desperate for workers, but come on....
Read moreWhat should have been a simple family dinner turned into the worst restaurant experience we have ever endured, marked by extreme delays, neglect, hostility, and threats of violence from the manager on duty.
What Happened:
We were the third table seated in the restaurant. Despite this, meals were delayed and delivered one plate at a time, 15 minutes apart. My husband’s order was incorrect, my son’s meal arrived incomplete, and our appetizer came only after most of the food had been served.
The most alarming issue: my four-year-old daughter never received her kids’ meal of chicken tenders and fries—despite us asking multiple times over nearly two hours. Watching her sit there hungry while other tables were served was unacceptable.
When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told he was “busy in the kitchen.” He never came to our table. I eventually walked back myself, only to be brushed off. While standing nearby, I overheard him shout:
“I’m about to whoop her ass!”
This was the manager of your restaurant threatening physical violence toward a paying customer simply for asking why her child’s food had not been served.
Escalation:
Instead of resolving the issue, the manager escalated it further by calling the police. I calmly explained the situation to the officers. We had previously paid for the meals we did and DID NOT receive, and left—with my child still unfed.
Why This Matters:
This went far beyond poor service. It represented:
Neglect: A child’s meal was never delivered.
Failure of Leadership: The manager refused to engage or resolve basic service issues.
Hostility: A direct verbal threat was made against a customer.
Abuse of Authority: Law enforcement was used to intimidate rather than correct the mistake.
Families should feel safe, respected, and cared for in your restaurants. On this night, we were treated with indifference, hostility, and outright disrespect.
This was not just a poor dining experience. It was an alarming breakdown in customer service and professional conduct. The actions and words of the Buffalo Wild Wings manager placed us in an unsafe and humiliating situation. It was a...
Read moreVisited Valdosta this past weekend. We were looking for a place to eat that wasn't overly crowded, and for some quick good eats. We thought you could never go wrong with Buffalo Wild Wings….wrong! We immediately placed our order for drinks from the bar (which wasn’t crowded) and for food at the same time. My boyfriend's drink came first and mine came almost 30-35 mins later (so much for having & enjoying drinks TOGETHER), and his drink tasted like a bottled margarita mix & was overly sweet. My food order (Nachos) came out (they were good...the only positive thing I can say about this visit!), and his wings (only 10!) didn't come with my food and we’d been there 40 minutes. A waitress (not the one for our table) came over and said she was sorry, the wings were running behind, and part of the reason was the way the waitress rang in the order. She dropped off a plate of fries (barely warm) for my boyfriend and left. The wings eventually showed up around 7:58 pm and we started this venture around 7:04 pm. We asked for a take out box and the check at 8:08 pm, the waitress came back at 8:18 without the box and only brought the check (just threw the check on the table and hurriedly walked off)...at 8:29 pm she hadn’t been back yet. The waitress seemed MIA most of the time and seemed to purposely ignore us (we literally flailed our arms, waved and yelled to try to get her attention when she was at a table near us and still nothing!). We ended up just leaving the table and going to the take out counter (nobody was there either, had to scour the front and found a random employee) to pay and leave. Besides the lackluster service, repairs are needed to all the holes/shreds in the carpet and a good cleaning/vacuuming. Such a horrible experience, I wouldn’t go back here if you paid me AND offered free food. This was the worst BWW I’ve ever been in (Locations in Orlando/Kissimmee/Saint Augustine/Daytona Beach Florida are...
