I experienced the rudeness and sarcastic approach of the manager in Vallejo branch near Target today. I picked up my necklace that they repair it. Then Marife approach me nicely to look around I might like something to their display. Because her convincing approach and she give me discount I decided to purchased the citizen female watch a gift for my eldest sister and pay fully paid. She asked the manager if she can give me some freebie which was pin or mug. I chose the mug and make some joke to Marife if she give me also additional freebie pin. She asked again the manager she said no. So I teased Marife if you’re not giving me also the pin I am not gonna come back here again to buy the watch for me. She suddenly join to our conversation and she said, she don’t care if I don’t like to come back there and it is my own choice where I want to go. Instead of hearing her or approaching me in a nice way to convince me to come back again so I can buy more. But the way she approach me it sounds sarcastic. So I totally decided to tell to Marife I change my mind will not come back again if she is still the manager. She just interrupted us and she talked that way to me. I am planning to buy again citizen watch for me and for my husband. But if the manager is still there rather not to come back there again. Read moreI just want to share our experience ( husband and I) at Daniel's Jewelers. First, let me say we were not planning on visiting here at all. Today is my birthday and my husband had already purchased a piece of jewelry for me somewhere else. Now, we were out and about hoping to find an extension to add to my current jewelry to make it a bit longer on my neck so this is how we end up at Daniel's. When we walked in we were greeted by not only the 2 ladies but also a security guard with a very friendly and welcomed voices. The lady at the register ask "How can I help you" and from there the whole experience was nothing but extraordinary customer service by Beth and Marife. Both of these ladies treated me and my King like royals. They were patient and very kind in answering all our questions. I did not get an extension I was looking for but better yet I got a beautiful gold chain that I can extend from short to very long. Beth sold it to us for an extraordinary price!!!! We could not beat that price any where!!!!! We both said that we should have came here first!!! But our experience was so awesome and let me tell you I also received a free gift with my purchase!!! We had to get it repaired for $45, which is fine, however, after 4 weeks it broke again in the same spot! When I went into see the store employees they wanted to charge me again $45 again. I asked the store manager ( Beth ) to waive the fee, she rudely proceeded to blame my husband for not getting insurance on it. Lory ( a store employee ) then proceeded to say that she will take $5 off, but at the end of the day it was my fault for not having protected the necklace. I was so upset because the way they were talking to me was so stand-offish. Then Rose ( another employee ) started to get involved saying that " I had to have my husband come because if the price was the issue why would he accept to get it repaired in the first place? "
