I visited Quickly quite a lot during my first few times living here in Vallejo and until recently I took a hiatus because I was completely disappointed each visit. It’s been 5 months since my last visit and I felt like the disappointment had gone down a little from my last visit. WRONG. If you would like a more thorough review of my visits it’s on Yelp but I had to come on Google as well due to Quickly not having any sort of customer service to correct mistakes.
Anyway, today 08/09/22 my bf came by around 4:30pm to pick two simple drinks. Both with boba, a milk tea and tiger tea. He didn’t take a sip until he got home only to find his milk tea is ROTTEN! It’s sour, and it’s so bad it even smells disgusting. I tried calling their number but they never answer. Not sure why they have that number. I msged them on IG still no response. We said yes walked up was speaking and She Interrupted and yet again in a rude tone asked if I could speak up witch I did. My mother noticed the girl from the register whisper in another girls ear as she was making. I was waiting for mine and my mothers drinks at pickup area and she turned around and asked me if I had a question I told her no and she rudely told can you go over there and wait and waved her hand at me like Shoeing me off few seconds my drinks were ready. I felt so uncomfortable that I didn’t even drink what I purchased and my mother decided not to also so we throw them away.
