Quickly — Restaurant in Vallejo

I visited Quickly quite a lot during my first few times living here in Vallejo and until recently I took a hiatus because I was completely disappointed each visit. It’s been 5 months since my last visit and I felt like the disappointment had gone down a little from my last visit. WRONG. If you would like a more thorough review of my visits it’s on Yelp but I had to come on Google as well due to Quickly not having any sort of customer service to correct mistakes.

Anyway, today 08/09/22 my bf came by around 4:30pm to pick two simple drinks. Both with boba, a milk tea and tiger tea. He didn’t take a sip until he got home only to find his milk tea is ROTTEN! It’s sour, and it’s so bad it even smells disgusting. I tried calling their number but they never answer. Not sure why they have that number. I msged them on IG still no response. Me and my mother stopped by to grab two drinks. We entered was not greeted. We proceeded to the Register as a girl asked us if we are ready to order in a rude tone. We said yes walked up was speaking and She Interrupted and yet again in a rude tone asked if I could speak up witch I did. My mother noticed the girl from the register whisper in another girls ear as she was making. I was waiting for mine and my mothers drinks at pickup area and she turned around and asked me if I had a question I told her no and she rudely told can you go over there and wait and waved her hand at me like Shoeing me off few seconds my drinks were ready. I felt so uncomfortable that I didn’t even drink what I purchased and my mother decided not to also so we throw them away. I have never been so disappointed in there customer service I use to come to this quickly all the time I will not spend another dollar here or any quickly after this you have lost me as a customer. The first time I went to this Quickly, I got a custom black iced tea that I was super satisfied with. I went back on two separate days, and the cashiers messed up my custom drink. The first cashier decided to change my order into a milk tea instead of fulfilling my request for a black iced tea because it was her preference of ingredients over my order choice, and I tried to let the order mess-up be bygones because the taste was still great but unfortunately the drink didn't agree with my stomach.
