Look, I don't want to take up your whole day with a lengthy review because I could just go on and on so here are my top 5 favorite things about this place: The made to order taco tortillas. I mean, come on. Delicious, fresh, soft The meat. It's all meat! So many places have lots of fat and gristle and sometimes even small bones. Not here! The seasoning. Everything you expect from Mexican food. Comforting. A tiny spicy. Not too salty! The endless options. All my favorite toppings all in one place? Yes! All of them tasty and fresh looking/tasting? Yes! Can you put literally EVERYTHING on your taco or burrito or bowl? Yes! The staff. They are so sweet and have a great memory! This is our go-to spot in Vallejo now when I don't feel like cooking and they always remember us and check in and treat us like family. Highly recommend! Why would you go anywhere else? I wish I could support this business more since it's local. I'm sure the people there are great? Unfortunately we ordered delivery and it was not enjoyable to say the least. The shredded beef taco we received had meat that had obviously sat out for too long. Multiple bits of it were hardened to the point of being inedible. (It wasn't cold or anything and arrived quickly, so not sure what the deal with that was.)

Chicken taco was swimming in juices so the tortilla fell apart. Even after trying to eat it anyway there were chicken bones. This was my meal personally, thankfully not my kids. I nearly choked on the larger bone and DID choke on a couple of small ones that I missed.

The rice bowl was actually kind of okay. Not much flavor so I probably wouldn't order it again, but it wasn't the worst of the food.

Overall we spent about $70 to feed our family and no one was able to eat much of it. Major bummer...☹️ I hope other people have better experiences...

I went around 2:30pm when it was slightly less busy. The guys smiled and said hi.

For those who haven't been here, it's a taco bar so you pick what you want to go on your plate. I ordered chillé rellanos which comes with 2. I got black beans, rice, pico, spicy peppers and carrots, cucumbers, radish, and horchata to drink.

I got nice and full, and the horchata was pretty good, not too much cinnamon like some places.

I haven't been here since before the pandemic and they are still good...
