HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! Made a purchase through Shop Boutique online. Was so excited to receive my trendy little blue military style jacket. However, the day that it arrived, I tried it on. It was a little big and one of the buttons popped off when trying to undue it. I immediately repackaged the item including the button and all tags attached and started a return. Upon receipt of the package the Owner denied me a refund because she claimed the button had not been included. Regardless if the button was or wasn't in the package, I was unhappy with the purchase, the item was returned unworn, all tags still attached, I was entitled to a full refund. Unless you are in the store and have fully checked the item you are buying DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE ----- if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason it is VERY UNLIKELY THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IVY Boutique is my favorite place to shop. I make sure I go there at least once a season. Every time I go inside the store, I fall in love and ending up splurging a ton. My whole closet is mostly Ivy clothes now and I always get compliments on anything I wear from there. All of the clothes are so unique and unlike anything you'd find in stores. You never have to worry about seeing someone wear the same outfit as you! Although some things are pricey, there is always a sales rack in the front with great deals. Sometimes I wait for particular items to go on sale. The owner, always is so welcoming when you shop in the store. I always go in loving a million items, but she will help me narrow down my decision to what fits/looks best. I appreciate that a lot! Me and my mom love our Ivy shopping days together. I have been going to Ivy Boutique since it opened in the original location many years ago. Ivy has a great selection of clothing options for a variety of styles. It's a very pretty store with so many things to look at and a great vibe. The owner (Dina) is very welcoming and helpful. I appreciate when she helps me put together an outfit - both with new purchases or to complement what I have purchased at Ivy in the past (and she remembers what I have in my closet at home!)
