Historic, because no temperature control, seating is tight and mics on performers glitch. Thank goodness it's going to be gutted and refurbished. Make seats ADA and for larger patrons. My recent play, "BEAUTIFUL" was not a comfortable experience. Hot, minimal commode facilities and other attendee, was way too close for comfort, falling into my seat. Tickets were low cost and show was adequate. Will return after remodel. Hopefully it will...

Please put tape over your chairs that have the metal coming through. That's not fun for anyone's bottom. The staff was very pleasant. The bartender was throwing away opened soda that she used for mixed drinks but there was some soda left. She offered it to my kids. That was thoughtful.
