Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Van Buren Charter Township

I use to think that the people were friendly there. Well they are till your screwed over by the owner. I went there needing a new phone, got convinced to changing to T-Mobile to get a free phone and free tablet. To find out not even 2 months later that no it's not free you will be paying on it for 24 months. I would of NEVER signed up for anything that I would have to pay on for 2 years. For the owner to tell me now that my bill is more then what I was paying oh yeah and NO Amazon Prime sorry nothing I can do for you. People go somewhere else or stay and get screwed....

I do not use MetroPCS phone service, but I came here to have them fix my broken cell phone. The manager (Hoogan) worked many hours over the course of 3 days to fix my phone. Ultimately the phone was toast, but he was able to salvage the majority of my pictures, which is what I had asked (more like begged) him to do. He was so nice and was great at explaining what caused my phone to suddenly stop working. Just switched my family from Verizon to Metro PCS and I couldn't be more pleased with not only the service but but especially the customer service that was given at this Store. Mark and his staff definitely went above and beyond with helping me to pick the best phones for us, setting up all our accounts and transferring all of our content from our old phones to our new ones.
