I use to think that the people were friendly there. Well they are till your screwed over by the owner. I went there needing a new phone, got convinced to changing to T-Mobile to get a free phone and free tablet. To find out not even 2 months later that no it's not free you will be paying on it for 24 months. I would of NEVER signed up for anything that I would have to pay on for 2 years. For the owner to tell me now that my bill is more then what I was paying oh yeah and NO Amazon Prime sorry nothing I can do for you. People go somewhere else or stay and get screwed....
   Read moreI do not use MetroPCS phone service, but I came here to have them fix my broken cell phone. The manager (Hoogan) worked many hours over the course of 3 days to fix my phone. Ultimately the phone was toast, but he was able to salvage the majority of my pictures, which is what I had asked (more like begged) him to do. He was so nice and was great at explaining what caused my phone to suddenly stop working.
