6.4.2024 My order 12 donuts 6 with chocolate frosting and sprinkles. 6 Assorted. Get home open the box for my grandson...I received 6 chocolate glazed donuts...1 with chocolate frosting. ZERO with chocolate frosting and sprinkles. The grandson is very disappointed..thing is the associate that took my order repeated it back to me... Please listen, follow instructions, do better. 8 18.24 stopped for a sandwich and a large ice cap. I told the young lady at the window the ice cap was rather frothy, at the least 4". She told the lady behind her, I believe it was a manager, who started wiping the exterior of the cup. Meanwhile the lady at the window said the person that made the ice cap was in training, ok I get that. She ten said it would be remade. I'm here to tell you it was not. It was dumped into a new cup, which temporarily reduced the appearance of the froth. By the time I was exiting the lot, boom all the froth back on top. Nor was it frozen....sad as long as it took to wipe the exterior and put it in a new cup, she could have actually remade it properly. Right?

10.10.24 I ordered 12 donuts, I asked for 6 with chocolate frosting, 6 six with vanilla frosting and sprinkles. These donuts are not fresh. The associate at the window said the ran out of sprinkles. I did not get 6 chocolate frosted and 6 vanilla frosted. I was given a variety with little 2 frosted with sprinkles. Really? The English muffin sandwich was not toasted, yuck. The ice cap was half liquid. This store needs to better train their weekend associates and provide what is ordered or let the customer know up front when ordering if an item(s) aren't available. Although I don't find myself here often, this visit left an indelible mark, all thanks to the exceptional people behind the counter. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window, I was greeted with genuine smiles and warm welcomes. The staff here, whose names I regrettably didn't catch, made me feel like a valued guest, not just another customer passing through. As for the coffee, it was nothing short of perfection, but what truly stood out was the personal touch. It felt like they knew exactly how I liked my coffee, even though I don't visit regularly. That kind of attention to detail is a rare find. For lunch, I had one of their sandwiches, and it was prepared with care and precision. It was clear that these folks take pride in delivering high-quality food to their patrons, whether it's morning or noon. In a world where fast food can sometimes feel impersonal, this Tim Hortons and its exceptional team have restored my faith in outstanding customer service. I have given this location numerous chances to improve, but between them wiping salt off bagels when they don't have plain and not telling customers. If you have any allergy or sensitivity to sodium don't go cause they will just give you what they want at the expense of your health. Them always messing up my order which is always the same egg and cheese biscuit to the horrendous wait times and rude employees and giving you any drink except what you ask for. Then when you call to say you received the wrong thing it's oh well that's all we have. Knowingly giving things you dont want. They are always out of everything even when the sygma truck is dropping their orders off. From their whipped cream, cup cozies, baked goods. This location needs a major employee overhaul. The manager on shift this time was Theresa. Considering I can get a full breakfast from Leos and leave a tip for a dollar more than the prices at Tim Hortons for my order I will not be back to any Tim...
