I had a bit of an emergency, when I stubbled upon " Not too Shabby" in Vancouver. It was Valentines Day, and I was running late to deliver a gift to my new boss.Unfortunatly my vase of flowers had overturned during a close call on the freeway and soaked the card and gift bag. Upon entering the store I was greeted with a genuinely warm and and friendly woman. I explained to her that I was just in need of a replacement gift bag and maybe a little water to refill my vase. Without hesitation they offered to re-wrap my gifts and even spruce up the flowers at no cost. Sensing my distress they worked hurriedly and made my gifts even more beautiful than before. Such a small gesture that made such a big impact on my day. This store is not only very well curated, clearly the staff is TRUELY commited to giving outstanding customer service. A beautifully-designed shop with lots of little treasures to be found. A must-visit if you're in the Vancouver area. I know I'll be back! Not Too Shabby Boutique is such a gem here in Vancouver! They carry so many unique, locally sourced items that you just won’t find anywhere else. I love browsing their shop for gifts, but my favorite thing is ordering their custom gift baskets. I use them frequently for my client gifts, and every single time they do a phenomenal job—beautifully curated, thoughtful, and always high quality.

It’s clear they put a lot of heart into what they do, and it shows in both the products and the service. If you’re looking for something special—whether it’s a one-of-a-kind gift or a basket that makes a lasting impression—I can’t recommend Not Too Shabby...

Went in today to find a gift for a birthday. There is a sign in the door saying "thank you for supporting our small business" or something like that, well.. it's hard to support the business when the employee (2 of them) don't bother to even say hi, never the less, welcome or anything like that. Spent like 15 minutes, they were at their register area the whole time no acknowledgement to me, oh and there was only one other lady in there looking around also being ignored so we both left. Sad, cause they do have some really cool gift items but I guess they don't want...
