I have to give a big thank you to Chef CJ!

I reached out to "Chef" to prepare a meal for my wife's birthday at our home. While CJ does amazing Cajun dishes my wife wanted Italian.

Chef went over and above in preparing an amazing, extraordinary, hand crafted meal.

Starting with zucchini prepared with what I will call "chef's" magic dust, was amazing way to prepare our pallets for the next two courses.

His bolognese & pappardelle had simmered for 18 hours & his hand rolled pasta melted in our mouths.

His Pork Ragu over Polenta left the room silent except for the "mmmmm, yummy, oh my!!"

The simple and delicious desert of crème & strawberries finished the meal perfectly as we were completely satisfied.

Not only did Chef CJ prepare a curated selection of Italian favorites custom to our liking. He is a talented culinary artist with an excellent resume working on restaurants in the Portland area. He is humble, kind, smart, and loves being a chef.

I was lucky that I found him and would highly recommend him for any high end parties, celebrations, in the Camas area.

He will make your event unforgettable, just expect it to get very quiet when the meal is served!

The food was a hit, and the service was great.

As a couple, one of our primary wedding wishes was to have food at our wedding that people actually want to eat. Wedding food is too often bland, overcooked, or just not memorable. That was not the case with this Chef and his team's grub.

We knew we were going with them immediately after the tasting--the ribs, chicken, cornbread, and homemade buttermilk ranch were killer. After the tasting, my biggest worry was about their ability to scale and serve the same quality of food to 150 guests.

But even when serving that many people, it was just as good. Food service was on time, the Cajun flavors were delicious and enjoyed by all, and the entire team kicked ass. They made sure that everything remained fresh and full. The quality of service, overall, was outstanding.
