I came in twice..august 21st and August 23rd. My chosen stylist is Ali ✨️ I can now truly say I have found my hairs fairy godmother. Ali worked her magic on both my daughter and I. We love our hair. Here is a before and after. I went for a darker hair color and my daughter for a more chocolate toner. Our hair needed Ali's TLC bad. Ali is the best hairstylist I've ever met. And ive met a lot of hairstylists in my 17 years of hair coloring and treating my hair (all mainly in the pacific nw). Her presence is so full of good energy. She makes you feel right at home. She listens to your wants and needs. Is so easy to talk to and makes you feel at ease. My daughter is a preteen and she was nervous about her hair since her last experience was not at all good and im amazed at how Ali made her feel so comfortable and instantly beautiful in her own skin. Going into 7th grade it is so important to feel beautiful in your own skin. I'm in love with the service..the products..the head massage...the color she used on my hair...everything!. I hadn't had a haircut in about 4 months and my hair felt dry and damaged and Ali gave me a nice treatment and hair cut that still to this day (almost a week later) feels smooth, soft, alive and natural. She listened to how I wanted my hair and did exactly that. Ali didn't try to persuade me or my daughter in a different direction. She was intune with what she was doing..she was hip and knew all about the new trends and styles and made me feel like a priority during my time with her and was even able to fit my daughter into her schedule in such short notice so that my daughter could go back to school feeling pretty and fresh with her new hair trim and color 💕 we love our hair! 2visits in one week with this girl and can't wait to make it all happen again soon! We feel so happy that we definitely have found our hair stylist 4real this time! And it feels like a blessing to be so well taken care of. As far as the atmosphere in the salon it felt so relaxing..fancy and really well designed. The other hair stylists energy was so kind and sweet. The decor is so modern with a touch of wood to make it feel cozy. I love love love the work they all have done in there. Really nailed it with architecture.. design and quality of products and service! Go here! And you won't regret it!...

I saw Phoenix on 6/28 and I’m just completely amazed. Not only by my hair, but her amazing service! It was like hanging out with an old friend; we just talked and laughed the whole time, she’s so fun to talk to! Truly a queen. Now my hair? Oh my goodness. She was very upfront with me on how (because of what I currently had going on) that she wasn’t sure if we could get all of my hair goddess goals done that day. I really appreciate her honesty and communication through this process! I told her to do whatever she needed to do (she’s the professional, right?) and she blew it out of the water. My hair is so soft, feels so healthy and new. I’m so impressed and I’ve gotten so many compliments already! She really goes above and beyond with the small details, I’m completely in love and I can’t wait to go back next time to get my extensions done! I don’t think I can recommend Phoenix or her salon enough. Everyone was super kind and the vibe of the salon is super friendly. You can tell they care and only want the best for their clients! I’m super excited to go back! Thank you!

Update: Phoenix installed my extensions on 7/8/23 and Oh. My. Gosh! I feel so unbelievably beautiful, it’s ridiculous! Hair goddess goals = achieved. All of my friends, family, and coworkers are OBSESSED. Everyone keeps touching my hair lol! The appointment was on point, we just gabbed again like old ladies. She and her coworker both kept making sure I didn’t need anything to drink or eat, so sweet! We did tape in extensions and boy, it flew by and before I knew it I was done and ready to be styled. The extensions match my hair ✨perfectly✨! They’re so pretty and completely blended straight or curled. I’m so in love! This new level of confidence I have in myself is worth every and any penny. I’m so inconceivably happy with my hair, the service, everything. I’m so excited to get the hang of styling my hair! Phoenix really went above and beyond again, I feel so lucky I found her! 🥹 Thank you, thank you, thank...

I took a shot in the dark and walked into Thairapy blindly…. And OMG! What an experience!!!!

I was so lucky to have found a random opening on Ali’s schedule when I had an appointment scheduled for the same time and date unexpectedly canceled.

The reviews don’t lie, the salon is beautiful, all the girls seemed fantastic but Ali absolutely slayed my hair! I haven’t felt like myself in years. I showed her one picture from years ago and she made magic happen! I could not be more ecstatic with what she did!

I have thick fine hair, a lot of it. She was meticulous with the cut (which is something I need) and the color brought life not only back to my hair but to me as a person! I’m so lucky that she had that random opening and I will 1000% be returning. I think I found my new hair bestie!!!

I only wish I had asked her to take pictures with my phone so I could post the before and after!!! It’s insane ❤️❤️❤️

Edited 06/04/25: Ali is a magician and an absolute queen! She healed my soul with a partial highlight and I am living my best life. I have been to her a few times now and every time I leave, I feel absolutely beautifu! I cannot say enough good things about the work she does!
