Okay morning from hell! with customer service from heaven! My truck died right in the drive through at this location this morning, a Jordan was out there within 5 minutes with a portable battery charger to jump my truck and take my order, she got my truck going so I drove to the pick up window, her and another friendly woman who's name I didn't get covered my drinks! They where so gracious and kind I got to work on time and with a coffee for my co worker and myself! they went above and beyond their job description, needless to say my day could have gone a lot differently if it weren't for their outstanding customer service! Terribly messy, ants crawling all over their work station and flies flying around the blenders. Very sad and none of the employees were polite, probably too much stress from the ones above them.
The “shift supervisor” who took my order gave me attitude and tried to make me feel stupid. I asked for a vanilla bean and she told me she didn’t know what that was before walking off to laugh at me with the person in the window.
Shame, seems like there used to be employees who cared here, now they just want to treat their customers like numbers and not promote the “3rd place.”
