The rudest and most impolite people that a business can have are here in this liquor store, I went frequently because it is so close to my house, but every time I went and needed to ask about a product, they never help me, they have no empathy with the people and all employees are the same there is no one that is friendly it seems that antipathy is one of the requirements to work in this store the last thing they did to me I went to change a drink that my husband bought by mistake (I went to change it for another No to return it) they closed the store in my face (with 10 minutes to go before 6:00, which was the closing time) I asked them to please just change the drink I didn't need to go in and they ignored me I stayed a few minutes touching the glass of the store and they continued ignoring me in the end an employee wanted to attend me and another did not let him, and they know me as I told the At the beginning, in this Liquor I had always bought for 6 years since I live in Venice and spending thousands of dollars at Christmas I always made purchases of $600 to $800 dollars. I feel that this treatment as an excellent customer that I have been theirs neither I nor anyone deserves. That. Having said all this, I will NEVER buy from this business again and I would not recommend it to anyone. They suck they advertise something. I need very bad for a gift and they told me that they only carry it during holidays and there it is on their website says available with a delivery service. I would’ve spent the cost of the product plus the fee of delivery and have gotten nothing. Then I made the attempt and decided to drive there and find out for myself if they had this in stock like it says on their website that particular location that’s on cattleman and Bee Ridge Rd. and the gentlemen that open the store 10 minutes after the opening time even the stock delivery person was there unloading his vehicle waiting for management to unlocked these doors for him to deliver Tina mountain cases of booze and wine and liquor. He was cursing up a storm saying that he’s gonna be late on his next delivery because management at this source sucks unpolite and if something is not available on the website and says it’s in stock and ready available remove the product. It's 8:51 PM as I write this from the parking lot outside the store. I arrived at 8:47. As I stepped in the door, the clerk behind the counter told me, "Sorry, we're closed." "What time do you close," I asked. "8:50," he replied. Leaving the store, I noticed the hours listed on the door indicate the store is open until 9:00 (see photo).
