My experience at this store began well. My young daughter and I went to the store so that she could try on sports bras. Everything was going well until customer service woman and with work we met department decided to walk in our dressing Room I might Ottawa's shine me the fit of the bra, And demanded that we allow her to take the leftover clothing from other shoppers out of the dressing Room. She did not allow us to shut the door. She did not allow my daughter any modesty. The door was wide open to the world. This was horrifying for my child. The only redeeming quality of the store, is the store's manager who spoke with me calmly addressed the issue right away and assured me that something will be done.Tbh..I shop a lot and will probably never return here. I would hate for this to happen to anyone...

If I can, I will return what we bought today. I was in line behind one man who said he was the customer and he didn't care about their computer problems. He was making a simple exchange. He said.. I want you to fix it and fast because I'm tired of standing here. We were in the store for over an hour. Took 2 people to change our address. Playing around with the prices is going to land them in the same boat...
Read moreI enjoy our Bealls, but there ALWAYS seems to be a long checkout process. All the staff I encounter are friendly and kind, but are woefully under- trained on the registers. The last three times I was at the register (after waiting in line) it took no less than 15 minutes at the register. The most items I purchased was four. To make an even exchange, just different size, was 30 minutes! Yikes. They need to do some computer training...
