I probably won't go back to this store, I have been shopping in there for 8 years, since I moved from Tennessee. The new(young new associates) are rude and they haven't been keeping their dressing rooms clean, someone either spilled something or they peed in the floor one. I came out and the same associate that everytime I turned around she was there, following me around. I had a return and was getting items in their place. Then when I went to return the items, same associate tried to say It didn't come from there, that they didn't carry Calvin Klein and was arguing with me about it. She was on the register looking up skus, just being rude. Anyway I had grabbed the wrong tag, it had fell off and I grabbed the wrong one out of my Bealls bag. I couldn't find the receipt, I was offended and they have lost me as a customer and I hate that bwxause I can always find something usually,, sometimes no.but as a loyal customer I wasn't...

I am handicapped and have to ride a scooter. I was having trouble with my card in the machine and the cashier was extremely rude and impatient. So much so that the customer behind me followed me out of the store and encouraged me to go back in report her. She saw the whole interaction and was appalled and embarrassed for me. It's not the first time this has happened to me in that store. It's disgusting the way the the disabled is treated and perhaps a chat with your staff about being a little more considerate would be helpful. My feelings were hurt and I left wondering if I would ever return which is sad because I love that store. It's hard enough to be disabled without being...

Bell's Outlet is usually really good, the only thing that I have a complaint about is that I'm like an average size man and usually all of those size clothes are gone and the only thing available is either super small or like a 6X or a size 48. So it's hard to find clothes that are My Size because they usually go first. But if you do find them this place is one of the best ones to go....
