Jack And Jill Adult — Local services in Venice

This was my first time in the store and let me just say a few things! The night before I had went to the Web site and was planning on going tonight Friday thinking they where opened until midnight. I called at 9:30 to ask if they had the specific item I was needing and asked " your open until 12 correct" the gentleman on the line said no I'm sorry we close at 10 pm our P.C store closes at 12.

So I flew to there Venice store it was now 9:55 the store was about to close, but when I entered I was greeted by 2 of the most loveliest people Alex and Candi who said to take my time. Mind you it's Friday night 10pm and they helped me in every way possible. Sorry for rattling on this customer service went to the Next Level of AMAZING, so did the store definitely earning it's ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

It was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL to shop at Jack and Jill's in Venice, Fl for my Adult Pleasure needs. I will be a repeat customer thanks to the EXCELLENT customer service.

Me and my fiancé stopped by q few days ago for the first time to look around and grab a few things, we were greeted by a young woman named Dakota(ironic since she and our son have the same name). Dakota was amazing, cheerful, very intuitive and beyond helpful and over all made me and my future wife so very comfortable. We had forgotten to write this review the day we went and stopped by a few days later and another employee named Brianna was working and as well, she was so informative and polite and helpful that me and the misses definitely couldn't not share this wonderful experience. The selection was wonderful and veritable and the employees made us feel right at home, all in all 10 out of 10...

If i could give it a ZERO star i would, great store front however did not purchase anything cause the 2 people who were working at the time were some of the RUDEST people i have yet to witness. A store like that should run off customer service since everything in that store is an upcharge you would think they would be nicer to their customers. Besides cursing and yelling in front of other customers that bald guy who has a serious anger issue had to be settled down by the man with long hair ( they didnt have any name tags or else i would have fetched their name). Would never give those people my business
