The staff here is unprofessional and clueless about items they are selling/buying. Go to Red Rock Pawn 25 minutes away for respectful, fair business. I was pawning a brand new AKC Extreme EVO OTF knife purchased from Blade HQ for $110. It’s now out of production so it’s rare & hard to find (implying even higher value). These goons would only offer $30 stating they’d sell it for $80. Even if that’s true they’d make a 63% profit. Most pawn shops deal on 50% max. I walked over to their display case to find two junk, generic OTF knives made in China with price tags of $100 and $125, both lower quality than mine. Their defense was that these are direct from the manufacturer and mine isn’t considered “new” to a customer, despite it being unused with the plastic and box. I’m not surprised to see so few reviews for this place with the majority being complaints. These guys are scammers. Do not shop...

Really love this place they are really good people ! They help me out when ever I am struggling and need to cover something or need something for my kids ! They carry my Kirby vacuum bags and maintain my vacuum. So recently I tried pawning my item and got turned down all because of an item I had sold them a few years back was stated as broken so now you guys will not take anything from me at all . Red flagged me over an item stated as broken and I can’t even adress the matter because you’re employees will not talk to me about it.
