I have been a loyal customer for several years but today I came in to buy a flap disc and was told to leave my backpack up front I was on my motorcycle my wallet was in my backpack they told me it was their policy so I reluctantly left my backpack up front as I went around the corner and came back the other side the manager and the mail clerk for saying they're talking crap about me and when I went to go pay for my flap disc I said to him this isn't right I spend thousands of dollars in the store for my business and they know me here the young girl there said well we've been having teenagers stealing I am 52 years old I basically was called a thief and I know that if it was a woman or a young lady that came in they would never ask her to leave her purse I am sorry that they've had thieves in the past I've never stolen from them I have been in that store almost every day buying hardware for my business and other things it comes down to know your customers and don't insult them because you...

Went to buy a new chain for my chainsaw... On the way I passed a Fiskars 27x super splitting axe w/36" handle clearanced with a red tag for 43.98. So I picked it up. It rang up for $59.99. I told them no, it's 43.98, red tag. An employee verified it, took a picture and took it to the register. Then they called a manager over. She wouldn't sell it to me for the clearance price. I've worked retail for years, Utah law you have to give the customer one item at the price it's stocked under EVEN if it's stocked wrong. She wouldn't do it and said they were stocked wrong yet the employee verified the SKU and what rang up was the same item. She refused. I walked out. This location’s customer service is terrible. If you are unhappy they won’t talk to you about it. They just think they are right and they won’t try to make thing good. They take advantage of teens that want good systems and they don’t care how it looks. We was very disappointed in the way they talked to my husband when he went to confront them about my daughter’s truck. We would rather go pay more money then deal with them anymore.
