Horrible Service. I am a very happy positive person, It makes me sad to write this. I bought some flyers for my work I work with senior citizens and we were doing something nice for the veterans for Valentines Day, I am on a tight budget. as we are a smaller company but still wanted to give back to our service members. When I went to pick up our Veterans flyers, the woman refused to cut them even though I offered to pay, There was no one in store and she had an attitude like she didn't want to take the 5 minutes for her to do it. So I ended up doing it myself, took me 2 hours with scissors after working a 10 hr day. I emailed the company they responded offering a refund, I thought this was really nice of them, until they never reimbursed my card or responded to my follow up emails about the refund. Not only did they not have it new, I had him check two other chairs and they did not have either one new in the box. Asked about any kind of a discount to take the showroom model, as this was also during the heart of COVID. Unwilling to discount the chair, not a huge deal. Asked the associate if he had a tool to disassemble the chair so I could fit it in my car. Went to the front to check out, and the original associate comes over and just hands me a wrench to disassemble the chair. After checking out, I disassemble the chair myself as the cashier stares at me the whole time. Had to make two separate trips to take it out to my car, no one offered any kind of help. Read moreThis store is a disaster. I ordered a single 8x10 print on a Thursday. That following Saturday I received an email that it was ready for pick up. That Wednesday I go to pick it up and they said they couldn’t find the print. So I resent the image again and none of the employees knew how to print it. There were 4 others in the store who also had issues with their prints. One person’s print was blurry, one person’s was the wrong color and two others they couldn’t find. After an hour, they promised it would be ready the next morning at 9am so I left. I came back that Friday morning and they said there was no order under my order number or my name. So I had to instruct them to look back at their recent emails to find the one I sent again… at least this time the employee could print it. Never again will I order something to be...
