It's hard if not impossible to say anything that hasn't been said by other reviewers. My entire family is loving every piece of jewelry we own from them as a gift to each other or simple holiday buy!

Generally, jewelry has a certain price point, but I feel that Zfine's is the most competitive with other jewelers in the area that do not offer as high a level of personal service and attention to detail. We were shown items within our budget and never felt that we were being up-sold or pressured to buy something out of our stated price range.

My impression is that the staff(Valentina, Natasha and more) and owners(Alexandra and Emil) at Zfine's is very much dedicated to excellent customer service- when we have had occasion to visit, they have treated us like friends and valued customers.

I recently brought an old antique ring to Z Fine Jewelers, and Sasha worked her magic to completely reinvent it into a stunning custom piece. She added onyx and a diamond in the center, transforming the ring from a matte finish to a gorgeous high-gloss polish. The result was absolutely superb—it looks fantastic!

In addition, I brought in some extra materials but wasn’t sure what to do with them. Sasha helped me design a custom pendant to match the ring, and her creativity and expertise truly brought the vision to life. This was the first place I stepped foot in for engagement ring shopping. I had no idea what I wanted and with the help of two women there I learned what size, shape and style I wanted. They were so honest in what looked good vs not suiting. They even respectfully stayed within our budget and didn’t try to convince us otherwise.
