The staff was great. HOWEVER, about 2 weeks before Christmas the lady said" oh would you like 3 free magazines?" I said sure. she asked which 3 and I picked them. Well I just found out that my credit card is now being charged for those magazines!!! She never said they woulld be a suscription or that I would ever be charged! I really enjoy a good book store and Books A Million use one of those stores. Everybody's always on their phone, looking down or at their device. I always really enjoyed going to my favorite spot within the store, sitting on the floor and checking out all the books in that certain area. Nobody does that anymore and that to me...
