My experience was hands down the best ever at this store. The "Furniture Lord" (Cooper) is fantastic! He made sure I was happy with my purchase and wouldn't let me leave until he felt I was sure. He's energetic, honest, and hilarious. Thanks again Cooper the Furniture Lord, for helping me with my purchase;)
Follow Up: On 12/18/21 my mattress was delivered. After waking up in the middle of the night and my body being sore from head to toe, I looked at the papers that were attached to the mattress and it was not mattress I chose. I contacted the store as soon as they opened and I sent over the pictures and they confirmed the wrong mattress was delivered. I was told that they were going to look into it and call me back. After about 4 hours and no phone call I called back to the store. They assured me they were doing everything possible to fix the mistake that was made. When I was finally contacted hours later they basically told me the next 2 Saturdays were holidays, so they would not be able to come out until 1/8/22. I then spoke with my sales guy(Cooper) who also told me that he was doing everything in his power to fix it(in the end I felt like I was being told that so I would stop calling). I contacted the cooperate office to see if they could assist me in any kind of way with getting me the correct mattress. I was basically told the same thing, I even offered to go and pick it up. Sleeping on that mattress gave me bruises and several nights of uncomfortableness. A week later I received an email stating I was being charged for the mattress, when it was suppose to be an exchange. I went into the store the following day and nobody seemed to be able to resolve the situation for me. Then I spoke with someone, and she said it'll be removed in aa few days. It's still currently there. I called into the store and they told me I needed to contact the bank to have it removed. WHO PUT IT ON THERE? I spoke with the salesman(Cooper)a few times throughout the 2 week waiting period and I asked would anything be done to compensate me for the inconvenience, he assured me I would receive something. However, I received nothing even though I explained to them that I had several bruises on my body. It felt like I was sleeping on the floor for those 2 weeks, that was the hardest, most uncomfortable bed I've slept on in my entire life. I didn't expect this type of treatment from a company like this, throughout those two weeks they did absolutely nothing to accommodate and I've made several purchases in their store over the last 3 1/2 years. Read moreWent in to purchase a dining room set that I had been looking at for a while. I received an email saying it was on sale so I decided now was the time. It was later in the evening so I just walked in and the first salesperson to come over was going to get the sale. Curt introduced himself and I told him exactly what I wanted, the set and 2 additional chairs. We sat down and he gave me a price - $875 for the set and $119 each for the additional chairs. No problem. He went off to write up the order but when he returned he said “those chairs were actually $149 but I had my manager adjust the price” . I thanked him and we proceeded.
As I mentioned, it was late so I just wanted to get it ordered and be on my way. I should have looked more closely at the paperwork he gave me. I didn’t notice until I was home but he charged me the full $149 each for the chairs! I called back the next day but he was off. I reached him 2 days later and he proceeded to tell me that the $119 price was for a different chair and there was nothing he can do. Look - it’s not a lot of money but I knew exactly what I wanted as I had been looking at it for over a month - I can’t stand being talked to like I didn’t know. He gave me a price and then wouldn’t honor it.

Read moreMy husband & I walked in Friday night to look at possibly purchasing a couch or sectional. I forgot the gentleman's name that first helped us but he was very nice, immediately assisted us and let us have space to walk around but was there to answer any questions. The next day we came back to look further and he was with another customer, but Gabrielle found us. She led us to a few options and was able to provide plentiful information on the pieces, as well as being humorous and upbeat. Once we found the set that we really liked, she sat down with us and broke down the costs and availability plainly. As a young couple, we've been overlooked in certain other competing stores and not taken seriously. I never felt even a touch of that in this store, or any push to buy unwanted furniture. Gabrielle is a stellar employee and her attitude and work ethic is unmatched. We returned yesterday to purchase the two piece set (couch and loveseat) and the process went very smoothly. She gave us cleaner for the couch and pointed out all important information, and just made the purchase so much easier. 10 stars...
