Firehouse Subs Vero Beach — Restaurant in Florida

What does had to be the worst experience I’ve ever had in Firehouse Subs. I’ve been going here for four years as I work in the mall, used to be a wonderful place with wonderful people. Not so anymore the girl was leaning over the register said she was sick, the phone forget that they don’t answer had a towel underneath it the last time I was there, so it goes to the fax line sloppy looking, dirty looking. I asked her what was wrong with the phone she goes. She don’t know she’ll talk to the people not very inviting , so when my food was ready, she pointed at me and says you grammar is horrible. I go to pick up my food, no napkins I said what is it you don’t put napkins in the bag anymore I have to go get it myself she goes whatever I said you guys need to really pick it up in here. You are really bad service. She goes well you don’t have to come here. I said don’t worry it’ll be my last time she goes. You just can go out and get hit by a car nice you need to change your people in the store they could give teo hoots about your customers and your customer service is absolutely zero I will never step foot in there again you need to fire everybody that’s in there especially the tall skinny one who works register when you tell your customers to go get hit by a car it’s the end of...

Firehouse subs on 20th in Vero Beach West Corridor... THANK YOU for ruining my 37$ order of sandwich's by taking a giant cold soaking wet dill pickle and laying it right across the top of my hot subs!! I absolutely hate pickles and you did me the courtesy of making both of my hot meatball and pastrami subs taste like nothing but pickles.. who eats pickles on a meatball sub? And if i did want pickles i wouldve asked for them! The only reason im not driving back is because i live 35 minutes away and its boiling hot outside.. So two subs soaked in dill pickle juice went in the trash because we dont eat pickles so we definitely are not eating a soaking wet sub that taste like pickle. So yea, bad review. Maybe ask people if they would like a cold soaking wet pickle layed across their hot sub! If you want to give me two hot subs the next time i come in id really appreciate it.. i dont like leaving negative reviews unless it really needs to be addressed and 37$ for something that went in the trash needs to be addressed.. After my not going to Firehouse Subs in Vero Beach for the past 2 months, I figured I would share my review and post my last visit experience here , especially after trying to explain to the new owner of this Franchise about the 2 times previously I got sick from eating there. Instead of the owner being concerned, he actually told me to show him the 2 different receipts and he would turn the complaint into his corporate office to handle this situation. Well this owner should have made the complaint right, instead of leaving a bad taste in my mouth and I figured that I did not need to get sick again eating their food that upset me stomach twice in a row! After 20 years of visiting this business, I have decided not to eat there anymore, as I certainly do not need to get another upset stomach and again being told to contact corporate office for satisfaction! Bottom line here is, if the Franchise Owner cared at all, he would have made an attempt to conserve keeping his customer satisfied, rather than put a bad taste in his customers mouth and rather than argue, I just let it go and will eat somewhere else.
