If I could give zero stars I would!!! Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced! I had just bought an entire living room set from them and went in to purchase a dining room set. I spent $3000 on the dining room set and they refused to give me free premium delivery. They said I would have to pay $249 in order to get my table put together. They stated that all the chairs and bench would be fully assembled. They gave me a diagram of what it would take to put together the table and said that it would be simple. My table and five chairs arrive but no slip covers for the chairs. I was told when I ordered them they would come with everything however they are now on back order for two months. There were no written instructions on how to put a table together and very poor visual directions. It took 3 1/2 hours to put the table together. I had to wait a month to get the bench and when they delivered the bench it was in a box and not assembled. I tried to explain to the delivery people that it was to be assembled they called customer service and customer service said no. They said I don’t know why your sales person told you it would come assembled because it does not. They then continue to say customer service in the store has no idea what they’re talking about. I then had to pay the two delivery men $100 in order to get them to put it together for me. I tried to reach out to the store and customer service tried to reach out to the store and no one answered the phone on numerous occasions. Customer service sent an email to the store and said someone would get right back to me and no one did I finally called the store eight hours later. I was told there’s nothing they can do about it and then they tried to lie and say they told me that it did not come assembled. When I got on here to write this review I started reading the other reviews thinking maybe that this was an isolated occasion however after reading all these poor reviews I realize I am just one of many! Read moreTerrible experience here today. A couple of weeks ago my husband and I shopped there for a bedroom set for our condo rental. We had bought a bedroom set previously a few yrs ago for the guest bedroom and now we were furnishing the master bedroom. We selected the same set only king size. We asked if they were in stock. They said “yes, we have plenty of them”. So we put down a deposit to have them hold it for us and we were given a total price with tax and delivery but we wanted to see if they went on sale labor day weekend (this weekend). Today we went in, and our sales rep said they had NO bedroom sets left like we selected!!! We were told putting a deposit down only locked in the price. We were never advised of this. She said it’s on delay till 11/1. Our tenants are arriving 11/1. So , we stayed calm and we said ok we have to arrange for a charitable organization to pick up the old one in the morning and when it comes in you can deliver the new one in the afternoon as they have a 3 hr window for delivery. She said we cannot inform them you want “afternoon delivery “. The manager agreed. I told them I don’t want them both there at the same time. They absolutely “refused” to request a 3 hr “afternoon” delivery so it wouldn’t coincide with the pick up if our old one. Long story short, the manager allowed a previous customer walk out the door who was about to spend over $3,000 because they refused to request an afternoon delivery. We walked out and we got our deposit back and I told them I cannot do business with you.
We drove to Melbourne, shopped at Kane’s Furniture, and bought the same exact bedroom set from the same manufacturer for $700 LESS!!!!!!!! The salesman was kind, soft spoken, and was accommodating and said when it arrived he would request an afternoon delivery. No problem.

Read more8/15/25 - New Purchase I received a store credit for something I didn't use, which was a nice gift for myself. I ran into my Sales Rep Jeannette at the gym and she made excellent recommendations to spend that money on. I went to the store and my awesome sales rep helped out again. She genuinely made me feel that no purchase is too small to honor great customer service. I ended up taking home a beautiful faux plant that was just the right price and looks beautiful in my lanai. I'm very happy with my purchase, and once again, I have Jeannette to thank for such pleasant and satisfying shopping experience!!! A+
March 2025 - Sleeper Love Seat I keep going back to City Furniture in Vero Beach since 2021 because my sales rep there, Jeannette, is just amazing, knowledgeable, very professional and extremely helpful in the store or over the phone. Additionally, the showroom is always clean and nicely setup for effective visual and cohesiveness. Jeannette is also very helpful with helping me pick the perfect piece of furniture for my place.
