Subject: Customer Service Fiasco - Unfair Allegations Impacting Tech Support
My recent encounter with Best Buy's Vero Beach installation tech, Adam, has left me utterly frustrated. Adam claimed I was belligerent during our initial pleasant interaction, which I strongly refute. This false accusation has now become a barrier, preventing me from receiving the necessary tech support to address an issue at my home.
Initially, Adam efficiently assisted with my printer installation, even earning a tip for his service. However, during the second visit, he alleged that I was rude during our first encounter, preventing him from returning for the second appointment. This claim is entirely fabricated, and I suspect it might be a tactic to avoid work.
Upon rescheduling with another tech, I was dismayed to discover that Best Buy sent Adam for the third time, causing me to miss work once again. As Adam is the sole technician available for computer installation in that division, I find myself in a frustrating situation.
Having invested $3,700 in a computer system from Best Buy, I now face the dilemma of being unable to return the product and having no recourse for installation. Despite having paid for Total Tech support, the assistance promised seems elusive, with phone support citing a separation between Total Tech Support and Geek Squad.
My attempts to explain this unfair situation to multiple managers and tech support agents have yielded no resolution and worse it has been a humiliating conversation over and over again as they say well we don't know what actually happened or better yet there must have been some mix up but offer no help with this situation No manager has reached out to rectify the issue, leaving me feeling unheard and disregarded. I plan to escalate this matter to corporate and the Better Business Bureau to ensure that such treatment of consumers is addressed promptly and fairly. Best Buy must uphold its commitment to customer satisfaction and accountability I mean wasn’t that the current CEOs claim to make the customer experience better at Best Buy. Well, in this case he’s...

The wrong color microwave was delivered and Zofia Kazmierczak had it returned. Jack Kazmierczak spent 4 hours on the phone with Lowe’s ordering a Bisque color GE Microwave. 2 months later the new microwave was not delivered and two delivery dates scheduled by Lowe’s were not adhered to by Lowe’s delivery. When Zofia Kazmierczk lost her receipt and went to Lowe’s they told her she never purchased a microwave at Lowe’s and harassed her. Jack Kazmierczak told his mother on the phone to get her money back and go to Best Buy to purchase a microwave. Zofia Kazmierczak went to Best Buy and purchased a Bisque color microwave. When Jack Kazmierczak arrived at Best Buy and picked up the new microwave they gave him a chrome metal GE microwave instead of Bisque. He returned this microwave and ordered a Bisque one. Best Buy said 3 weeks for delivery. Zofia Kazmierczak got pissed, drove to Best Buy, canceled the order and bought one online that was delivered in a few days. Lowe’s has also been somehow “magically” guessing which products I am there to purchase and putting obstacles like large ladders in front of them in their store. Home Depot in Sebastian has been doing the same thing including turning labels around on products I am there to purchase so I have trouble finding them. Best Buy in Melbourne FL also had workers replacing a sign in front of the store who “accidentally” dropped a wrench from 50 feet above to try and hit me as I entered the store. Since I saw these racists coming they missed. Jack Kazmierczak is suing Best Buy and Lowe’s for racial discrimination...
Read moreAbsolute WORST EXPERIENCE EVER... I was looking to purchase a Sony A7iii with 28 - 70 mm lens kit which is current retail price for $2,199.00. I began to search online for a lower price in which I did find one for $1,799.00. I called the Best Buy Customer Service number where I had talked with a representative and asked if the website I found the $1,799.00 cost was available for price match. After doing research he said “YES we can price match this item for you, would you like to place the order over the phone or in the store?” I seen that the Vero Beach location had 1 more left, so I told the representative that I will go in person that way I have the product in hand today. He said “no worries just let them know that you had spoken with us and give them the source information that you gave me and you will be good to go.” At that time I went to call the Vero Beach location to make sure the product was still available before driving 45 MINUTES to the location. I was on hold twice for over 30 minutes and was not able to connect with anyone... I took my chances and drove out to the location and was happy to see that it was still available. I began the check out process and did exactly what the customer service representative said to do and the manager on duty Elizabeth rudely said, “ Nah that’s not on our list, ain’t no way I’m approving that..” so I just politely and respectfully recited what I was informed to do as per my conversation with the representative and she cut me off and said ,” look It doesn’t matter what you say to me, I’m not going to approve the price match” , slammed a copy of the approved sites on the desk along with the same customer service number I had called earlier that day and just walked away from me... absolutely disrespectful and rude to a loyal customer especially someone who is looking to make a $2,000 purchase... Very disappointing to be treated in that manner, especially from someone in the management division... will NEVER be doing business with Best Buy Vero...
