I will NEVER go to this location again. I went in and traded in an iPhone 12 - with the idea that I would be paying "half" the phone price. I also did an upgrade on my husbands line. After doing this I noted that his line showed a full coverage due to Verizon loyalty his phone payment was covered by Verizon. I followed up with Verizon to see what was happening; after 4 months I get told by a supervisor the reason I can not get the matched promotion is because I traded in an android. I haven't owned an android since 2012. When following up with the store manager she promised to "Call me back with an update" 1/2 days later I heard nothing. When I called the guy who did my trade in informed me they lost my phone! Then proceeded to tell me that I was wrong about the promotion and pushed to call Verizon. When we did a 3-way come to find out the ONLY reason I did not qualify was due to THEM claiming I traded in an Android and not an iPhone.
Not only that but when my husband asked the man if this was a corporate he confirmed it was, yet when I was on the phone and brought it up all of a sudden they are an authorized retailer.
We have been Verizon customers for the past 17 years and this experience really killed authorized retailers for us especially this location. Whoever runs this needs to follow up on...
Read moreOne of the best customer service experiences I have had in the last five years. I was fortunate enough to work with Justice, who not only helped me with a phone upgrade that also showed me the hundred plus dollars I was paying per month on apps that I didn’t even realize I was still paying for. He took the time to go through each one so I could evaluate whether or not I wanted to keep them. The majority of the apps I have not used in years and he took the extra step to cancel the subscription for me. He also cleaned up other free apps that I have not used in years and took the time to go through each one with me to see if I wanted to keep it or not. In addition to this, he found ways to save me money on my monthly bill, which is a fraction of what I paid, for I was with AT&T. He consolidated Apple ID accounts which I have been trying to resolve for years. In addition to saving money, and helping on so many levels, he is one of the most courteous, patient, respectful and knowledgeable people. A delight to work with. I plan to tell everyone I know that this Verizon branch is the only one to go to. Thank you so much,...
Read moreThe young man saw that it was a woman who needed service and continued to stare at the floor and comment to his colleagues in the back near what looked like an elevator. He made no attempt to offer service, although his arms and hands were empty, so he was clearly not assisting in another task. The same young man proudly declared that he "only knew about cell phones," and therefore, could not help me with my question that had to do with a question regarding Verizon advertisements on the Internet. During this exchange he was making faces at me, the customer, as if my question was strange, which made me feel as if my person was somehow not acceptable to him. I got news for him, which is a further reflection on Verizon, whom he is representing while in that store on the clock: Shame on anyone who is proud to be unknowledgeable and declares it in such a way as to make those of us, especially women, who are asking for assistance in a matter out of his reach feel as if we are the lesser of the two people in the room. Ignorance is not bliss, regardless of the current cultural theory which supports...
