I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff at this establishment. After leaving the Cat Cafe next door, my friend and I noticed a car outside with smoke inside. I quickly alerted the owner of the Cat Cafe, and the woman from the Vero Beach Eagles Club responded rudely, accusing us of attempting to steal from the car. Despite our professional appearance, she acted dismissively and seemed unappreciative of the concern we were trying to express. The encounter left a negative impression. So sad. I called to tell them my Dad, a member of theirs, passed away. It was such a weird interaction with the lady who answered. I was just like hey my dad's a member he passed away I just wanted to let you guys know I see you sent him these due renewal notice. She asked me his name. And then said Oh so you just want us to stop sending you mail. I said well he passed so He won't need them. Then she said okay I'll let them know. 🤷🏼‍♀️ No care that they lost a member.
