Dom’s Bar — Restaurant in Vero Beach

Dom's Bar was the destination for a night cap after some exploring in Vero, and what a cool vibe! Cheap drinks, loud customers (not in a bad way - everyone was just enjoying themselves), and good tunes. Super eclectic mix of clientele, and I can easily say that this is probably the only time I've ever seen a dog legitimately sitting at the bar ready to be served. The good boy (or good girl) didn't seem to mind that I snapped a pic - and for that I'm grateful.

Cheap beers and 2 pool tables but not much else. There is no food there so it pretends it's a standalone bar, which it isn't so you get to smell the stink of smoke everywhere. I been there a couple of times to play during day and no smokers so it was ok. Go there after 6 and you will smell like an ashtray when you leave. I've been once and really didn't like it. A hole in the wall place and the second you walk in your in a whole cloud of smokey air, AND I DIDNT EVEN SEE ANYONE SMOKING! Stixs is a smoking bar and I can spend all night in there but I wasn't in Dom's for more then five minutes before I absolutely had to leave.
