Acclamation Brewing — Local services in Verona

Glad I made the trip. While the place was empty (perhaps because I came in right when they opened) I love the atmosphere and the way the site is setup. Lighting, colors, atmosphere is a 10 out of 10.

The beers, without pours under 10 ounces, and me wanting to try other breweries I had to limit my tastings to 2 overall.

#1 Meekro Wauve West Coast IPA I rate 10 out of 10. Solid Malt bill and hop notes so bright you could light your way. Really controlled bitterness, and an absolutely fragrant West coast IPA. Makes me want to downgrade others I reviewed in the area.

#2 Philasoraptor Hazy DIPA I rate 8 out of 10. Beer was really smooth, and not boozy at all , however flavor on initial sip started strong but leveled off kinda quick. Doesn't match #1 on their menu (at this time) but still had a solid malt bill, and hops were balanced. Lacked the nose of their west coast. BUT, overall this beer was STILL far better than many in the areas.

Super happy I stopped and plan on visiting...

1st time there...1st impressions were very good. I was offered samples and I chose 1 of those to drink. Lemon Meringue Milkshake and it was very good...like up there with any of the top craft beer competition in my opinion. They had a food truck on-site which was a BBQ truck and a good amount of outdoor seating. The only thing that keeps my from rating 5 stars is there were people who brought dogs there. I love dogs and all animals but I don't want them next to me while I'm eating or just having a beer with my friends/family. We have allergic family members and these dogs weren't service dogs. They were just pets. The owners of them didn't ask anyone else if it was ok if the dogs were close to them or anything for that matter. They just assumed that people would accept the dogs presence. Sorry...not me. I may come back for a 6pk to go but I'm not sitting there...

Acclamation Brewing is truly one of my favorite places. I go there every weekend. The inside is so clean & cozy, the music is great & not really loud & they have a variety of beers & Selzer, & they are delicious. Their outside area is also great in the Spring and Summer. In Winter they also have the heaters out there too. They also always get great Food trucks. The Beer-tenders Jesse, Jordan, Leslie & Mike are amazing. They are so welcoming & I always enjoy talking with them. They also know the beers & Selzer & make great recommendations. You can tell they really enjoy their jobs. The Owners are really great & also always come & talk to you. If you want a place that you can go to for great Beer & Selzer & feel comfortable & welcomed then you definitely need to go to Acclamation Brewing. I highly...
