Worst customer service in the world if you can use anybody else do not he was Aarons I set up this account with autopay when I got a new card I called made the payment needed for the rest of the month and then gave her the card number for the auto-pay she failed to set it up so I get an email two days after the first saying my account is past due I call them I tell the gentleman on the phone what happened he says let's set it up for your next payday and the payday after so that you don't overdraft your account this month I thought wonderful you're awesome you know since I'm calling in to make the correction now 2 days after that some lady called me from Aarons can't understand why I'm upset telling me she'll just set up for them to come get it from me when I ask for another representative she denies it and hangs up on me if you cannot understand why your customer may be upset you should not be in this industry they will not be getting their washer and dryer back they will either work with me or they will take the hit because that is my washer...

Read moreI have never in my life had a bad experience with Aarons, so it breaks my heart to have to make this review, but this location is awful, I made an order online and was charged but the page glitched out and the lease was not completed so I called to get my money back and it takes days because nobody can find out what happened, then I finally get my money back and decide to take a break before trying again. well they keep calling and harassing me until I say fine I will go ahead and complete the order right now, only for them to tell me “we don’t have those products in our store”…. Then why are you calling my phone like I owe you money? I will never try to do business with this location ever again, and I strongly suggest nobody else do.
