Starbucks — Restaurant in Victoria

This is by far the WORST Starbuck’s location my family and I have ever been to! We were in town for 3 weeks and used this location at least 4 times a week. Every time we came in, the customer service continued to get worse and worse. We use the Starbuck’s app and would place a pick-up order each time. Every time we arrived, our order was NEVER ready. The worst part is, we only ever ordered tea. One time we came in and asked for our order and the associate responded with “I don’t have that,” and walked away. The associates never greet you when you arrive and they never say anything when you leave. The place always looked dirty and disorganized. This has to have been my 2nd visit ever, I know right!! But still I usually go to another location. I ordered online and was going to go through the drive thru but the line was to long so I went inside and i didn't know what to do. My only issue was that noone greeted me and I had no idea where to go or who to talk to. The staff just kind of glanced at me and then continued with what they where doing. When I went to ask where I could get my order or how to go about getting it, I was told where the online orders where located. So I waited for a moment and then I walked up to check and my orders where ready. They where very fast because I was only like 3 minutes away. This Starbucks is located right behind Wells Fargo Bank and next to Candlewood Suites. If you see the Candlewood Suites sign you can turn right and enter there.

They were very busy at 3:30 p.m. on a Saturday but the staff was friendly and efficient. Our drinks were made to perfection and the bakery items were fresh. The store was very clean, well organized and everything was arranged in a well thought out manner. Someone entered without a mask and they were offered a free one. This was appreciated by the other customers in the store as there was a mask mandate in effect at the time. This attention to detail was another example of how the baristas are truly observant and making sure this location stays one of the best.
