Cimarron Junction — Restaurant in Victoria

Wow, let me explain the low stars, first off. I drove in because I was on the verge of a flat tire. I was worried it would pop or just not make it after the stop. Well I went in to buy somethings and get some quarters for the air machine to fix my tire. I asked the lady for a buck in quarters and so forth. She looked at me like I was crazy and rudely said nope, can't give you change.... well I'll be... I said mamme please I need it for my flat? She said no, no change because we don't give change out... I said we'll I'm buying things and wouldn't have ever thought it was anproblem to ask for change for a simple air machine. Well I left my things on counter because I was very tired of the conversation and just went over to 31 flavors. I purched an ice cream and told the lady's the issue with the Lady next door. Well... not gonna say what they said. Just I won't ever purchase a thing there ever again. Sad because the other girls that work there are the opposite to her. I went in today around 3:30 pm 11/13/21 sorry because I spent hundreds of dollars there every week because I work 2 stores down. Such a waste....

Total disappointment ! Brought grandkids there as a reward for our grandson's poster on Black History Month being shown at U H V and up for a scholarship. The guy ( cant even use the word gentleman) served the ice cream as if it were gold. 1 scoop looked like a tablespoon and when our 5 yr old granddaughter took it she started crying what happened to her ice cream. I asked if this was their normal scoop and the guy ignored me. The double scoop would not even have made 1 scoop anywhere else. The total 6 scoops would have barely made 1 double. The reason we went there was because my grandson remembered how great they used to be. I left feeling like what should have been a wonderful reward for a job well done turned into a let down for their whole family. I would not even rate them a 1 but that is the least...

Rude people running the store!!! Stopped here to go to the restroom after a long 3 hour drive home. While walking out the door, I heard “thank you ma’am for using our restroom and not buying anything. Thank you very much.” Keep in mind, I stop here all the time for gas! Well not anymore! Here’s my review: gas prices are the HIGHEST compared to other surrounding gas stations, the restrooms were DISGUSTING and the customer service from the man at the counter was POOR....
