This place is so badly ran ran tonight it is astonishing. I have never in my entire life seen something this bad. My childhood lemonade stand was more efficient.

So we get here and there is one waitress in a packed house. As we watched people sit and get served for 30 minutes without so much as a hello from the staff I started to get upset. After my wife had me meditate so I didn’t explode as people coming in after us was getting their food and we had yet to receive a drink we finally got in an order after over an hour. The girl that was slammed in a pack house. The only damn person working comes to our table to take our order and tells us I technically don’t work here. I’m new and shadowing. The employees are hollering and screaming the manager is master of none, and kitchen staff is running out of the kitchen to run pizzas outside. It’s like the zombie apocalypse in here. We have been here an hour and 20 minutes. Place has completely fell apart. Don’t eat here. Don’t put yourself through it. I will offer a free kick in the balls for whoever thinks of coming here as a subtle reminder of how your experience will be.

Rant over. Never coming back. Experience was so bad I now hate pizza not...

I work at Pizza Hut on Zac Lentz, everyday that I work there we are complimented on our awesome food and service. I'm not saying im the only one who does anything, we are a TEAM.

The reviews you see here are mostly negative because that's all people care to write about or express.

We have a specific list of pizzas we are allowed to put on the buffet, ask your waiter or waitress IF they can put your pizza out. If we can we WILL.

During ANY sport season, we are slammed with deliveries and carry out. Our two cooks are working full time at top speed. If we make a mistake, let the manager know and we will remake it free of charge.

Sometimes we are a little short handed, I am a server, but sometimes I help out in the back on WingStreet and the cut table. If we do not get your drink orders within the first minute you are there, please do not walk out. Our loud automated door alarm lets us know you are there.

We used to like Pizza hut,but when we ordered 2 lg..pizzas,they said it would be 30 minutes for them to deliver them.It took 2 hrs for them to deliver them and they were cold.We just live around the corner from the store? When I ask the girl why it took so long,she had a rude attitude and told me if I wasn't happy to call the store! After getting the run around(they transferred me to corpus,then I was talking to someone in San Antonio! I live in Victoria for God sakes. What.happened with dealing with your customers direct instead of a call center? needless to say I got stuck with two cold pizzas and no compensation for them! The Manager said he was going to send a coupon,that was a month ago! Still waiting.Sorry, my next pizza will be...
