I visited the store earlier today for an exchange. I brought a pair of shoes back that were too tight with the receipt. I didn't try the shoes on at the store bc I didn't have socks on, plus they were cheaper and the bottoms weren't in great condition, so I already decided there I would just take them back if needed. I wore them to work once that same weekend and they weren't a good fit. The blonde young associate didn't have anything to say to me , she only turned them over and immediately took her to the tall guy who I'm guessing is a lead or manager. He said they usually don't do returns/exchanges if the shoes are clearly this worn. I explained to him what I explained here and even had my mom come up where I asked her "how long did I wear these shoes?" and she said the same thing I stated despite not being up there when I first explained everything. He told me if that were true and the shoes were that worn they would've definitely given me a discount. I told him, I didnt feel like that was necessary bc they were already cheaper. I also pointed out the date on the receipt and told him I only work Friday, saturday, and Sunday, and I got the shoes right before the day I had to go to work . Everything added up, I had proof, and instead of saying, ok and simply giving me my exchange, the guy kept saying " we'll do it this time, but just a heads up for next time we won't accept it next time and you can't wear them next time," which is a blatant lie. I work in retail too, I can can try the shoes out, and if it doesnt fit, I can return or exchange. Very disappointed with today's service and I don't like being treated like I'm a liar when I had only good intentions...

DD's was just okay according to what the size chart or the size markers on the rack was confusing because there was all mixed sizes in every size that was marked a different size they need to have their employees instead of goofing off and checking out people very very slowly so that they don't have to wait on any more customers they check out very slowly especially when there's a long line what they need to do is when they have a lot of people and the line to check out is all the way to the back of the store it's to find out during that time who has checked out the most customers and done it correctly and give them a bonus or make them a shipped supervisor whatever because they care about the customers and they care about...
