I was told i needed an engine because my car had metal in the oil pan , but upon a second opinion, and a complete engine breakdown by another Mechanic not at your service destination that actually was a lie and not the case there was 0 metal in my filter and no metal in any of the rings or engine compartments , i was told to pay 2700 to get my car back from you and you didn't do anything but read a code , and take my oil pan off you didnt even look at the oil filter which was still connected to the oil pan inside the black tote i provided furthermore all you did was lie and say it needed an engine that would cost me 20k ! My car was brought to u because the engine light came on and you told me it had a low oil pressure code but never gave me any readings or info on the actual output of oil pressure , u then drove my car 2 miles while the engine light was on and you hadnt done any test and when i asked why u drove it 2 miles ur only response to me was âwell u drove it here â ! Ur counter person was kind but i found ur mechanics to be unexperienced, even though they supposedly went through extensive training they didnt do any of the training they were taught to diagnose the issue, and yet i was told thats what he was going to do and yet he never did it , i wouldnt suggest anyone go to your service department, i see you as an upselling dealership service department and you lie and try to cheat your customers out of high labor costs 250.00 per hour and no documentation showing what was actaully done for that kinda fee, you Dont have the customers best interest at heart and your aim is to use a customers hardship for your financial gain ! My parts were put back into a black tote i provided were parts like an ac belt were missing and a crankcase oil separator were broken by your tech ! To say i feel violated by your service department is a gross understatement , No one should trust your dealership service department and having salesman as service writers with quick tongues is horrible ! Tho blake who helped me seemed different then the others i heard many talking to other customers they all seemed like it was only about the financial benefit to the dealership they had no care or desire to help the customers out of a hard situation. Theyâre only aim seemed to me to be to pull every cent they could, regardless of whatever financial situation anybody was in.! I do NOT recommend your service department, and if ur reading this an you are considering taking your vehicle to this place I would not, I would save your money and go to an honest mechanic! Here are the pictures i was given that this department said was metal but is actually oil reflexion from light and the final report that was provided to me , also there notes, they had oil pan off of the car in pieces and there porter started my car and it turned on for 20 seconds and smoke came out of the tail pipe when i brought this up to the service manager all he said to me was nothing got damaged but when i got my car back the picture below was the note they wrote and...
Read moreWhen I walked into the dealership, I was expecting the usual car-buying experience: long hours, endless paperwork, and maybeâif I was luckyâa free cup of coffee brewed sometime during the 2018 Olympics. But then I met Randy. Folks, this man deserves not just an Oscar, but a lifetime achievement award for his role as âMost Patient Salesperson in the History of Salespeople.â
I came in armed with a 15-point checklist, a tape measure (to verify trunk space, obviously), and a coffee cup collection that would make Starbucks jealous. I even insisted on testing whether the carâs Bluetooth could sync with my phone and play my oddly specific playlist of â90s boy bands. Randy didnât blink. Not only did he endure my off-key singing through 15 stops on my imaginary concert tour, but he also resisted the urge to max out the volume just to drown me out.
Then came the test driveâwhich was less of a drive and more of a live-action obstacle course. I detoured into a fast-food drive-thru to âtest maneuverabilityâ (translation: I wanted fries). Randy, ever the professional, casually asked for extra ketchup.
And just when I thought Iâd pushed him to his limit, I hit him with, âActually, I want the other car.â Randy didnât even sigh. He just smiled, grabbed a fresh pen, and got back to work like a champ. Honestly, I half expected him to start singing âI Want It That Wayâ again.
Meanwhile, behind the scenes, there was Joshâthe dealership magician. With a credit score that screamed, âMaybe just get a bus pass,â I wasnât sure Iâd leave with a car. But Josh made it happen. Iâm still convinced he has a side hustle as a wizard because the way he worked those numbers was pure sorcery.
And then thereâs Steven. Steven wasnât even supposed to be part of the plan. We met by chance when he was sitting at the wrong desk, but somehow, five minutes later, heâd given me a TED Talk on perseverance, positivity, and finding my lifeâs purpose. Iâm considering sending him a thank-you card for the free therapy session.
If youâre thinking about buying a Chevy, ask for Randy. Just maybe skip the cup holder tests and fast-food detours. Or donâtâtheyâve clearly seen it all...
Read moreI highly recommend NOT using this dealership. I have had nothing but PROBLEMS since I bought my 2022 Chevy Blazer from here back in January 2023. My car has been to the dealer over 25+ times in the past two years. From them telling me itâs ânormalâ for electrical grease to leak from my gas pedal INSIDE MY CAR after taking it back there over 5 times getting headaches from the grease smell. Messing up many trim panels improper installment, scratching window tint multiple times. Since my check engine light came on with less than 8,000 miles to replace purge pump, they do poor jobs on replacing items which made oil leak in my engine bay. I took my car to Caposio GMC for the warranty work as Chevy told me itâs normal, they discovered that multiple items werenât even replaced that they said were replaced. The car had to be acid washed over 5 times as there was little rust spots all over the car, which on doing that so many times all my seals are messed up, my windshield wipers got destroyed. With the seals being messed up water got into the car who knows how much damage it truly there because they never checked. They just replaced my headliner for the second time due to the water damage, also scratched my tint for the 3rd time. I will never take my car back there nor will I ever buy another car from them. And I donât advise anyone to do so either. Make sure you always check your car before leaving there, there is now 6 dents on the top panel of my car. Wasnât there when I dropped it off to them, they kept it for three days, then when I bring it to their attention they say they canât do anything about it. As the damage clearly is not in the pictures of when I dropped the car off to them and I call the very next morning to let them know and they tell me thereâs no way it came from them. Sadly after picking it up I was in a rush to get to work so I wasnât able to thoroughly check the car as I usually do. As I went to pick up the car from them today my tint was scratched again and my review mirror was not even attached yet the service advisor said they checked the car. This place is a joke per usual do...
