Learning experience for owner When a ticketed item has the wrong price You give the customer the price on the item specially if you know the customer is not lying and the employee saw it was true. You do not call out another employee infront of customer. If you know employee did something wrong you take care of the issue behind close doors and not infront of customer. Making customer uncomfortable and making them wait until you make yourself known. At no time does the customer need to know that you are the "daughter of the owner" as a card to intimidate customer. In reality no one cares who you are. At this point you are an employee and as such should keep it professional and make customer feel comfortable. Not everyone is out to get you. When I told you not to make it a big deal, I meant it. Any business person specially small business owners should know best that customers are your source of income and LISTENING is a powerful tool that you can benefit from as you did not let me even get a full sentence out of my mouth. Read moreThis place is a little piece of El Salvador in the high desert area. The atmosphere is welcoming just like when visitors come over to your home and invite them for a cup of coffee.
They have a market inside which has a wide variety of central American staples for cooking. I'm not sure what the local supermarkets have in terms of selection for Central American items. I'm from Los angeles, so almost any supermarket has these items.
Unfortunately that's where the awe ends. The food was basic at best. It left much to be desired. We came on a whim to check out what the high desert had in terms of Salvadorian food. I mean, I'm sure this is the best out here. But even then the food was just basic. I'd be lying if I said I'd come again.
