If I could give this place a zero on customer service I would. This is the second time I go and the young woman making drinks gives me SO MUCH attitude. First time let it pass. But second time is a problem, this might be a personality thing but if you are in customer service industry doesn’t go well. I ordered 5 drinks and spent $40 dollars in total !!! 2 of my drinks were made incorrectly. I told her and she was saying I didn’t order the drink correctly. I just read exactly what the menu says and even then they didn’t add boba to 2 of my drinks after paying extra to add boba. Made 2 out 5 drinks incorrectly and gives me attitude because I told her. Drinks are mid / alright. Highly recommend to go to a different place where they treat you better and have better drinks and if you notice all the high rating and reviews is because they give you $1 dollar off your drink if you give...

I went to this location after my sister strongly recommended it, and to put it simply they did not disappoint. The staff there were very friendly, and were doing everything in their power to ensure a friendly atmosphere. The store itself is also beautifully decorated, with decor decorating the walls and there even being some stuff around the store to occupy your time while waiting. They also have a wide array of menu options with dozens of different drinks and a dozen or so snack options. They even have some adorable plushies that you can buy, making this a great place to take your special loved ones. I needed to go to Kaiser, but was a little hungry so I just randomly found this place, I ordered my favorite drink, Taro Smoothie, and it was delicious‼️ The smoothie was creamy and not to sweet, but the flavors just blended so well together.. The boba had lots of flavor, it wasn’t tuff to chew… Their boba was also a creamy texture that melted in my mouth... Customer service was great‼️ Totally service with a smile‼️ I gave it a 4 out of 5, because it was a warm and stuffy in their building, which made it uncomfortable to sit and enjoy my drink… All in all, I will be back, because if the Taro smoothie was delicious, I could only imagine how delicious the other...
