I will admit the food is good however, the customer service IS (not was) horrible. It is sad when you know the food is good but knowing how they treat customers, and on top of that are not sanitary, deters you from wanting to go there. While ordering at the restaurant this one worker, with blonde hair, was eating and simultaneously helping customers. She would put her dirty plate of food on top of the utensils that are given out to customers. Another time, while trying to make a phone order the same worker answered the phone and left us on the phone for almost 20 minutes helping other people and ignoring us. I understand it could get busy but at least have the decency to tell the person on the phone to hold or that they can't take orders at the moment. After hanging up out of frustration we tried again to call only to find out the phone had been turned off or disconnected because it wasn't dialing and we were sent straight to voicemail. It seems to me that the managers don't care about customer service because they only ever have one person up front with a lobby...

This is a very casual place and many people go up to the counter to order so that may be the reason that the service is not the best. I'm very familiar with this location as it used to be a sushi bar and then an Ethiopian restaurant both of which I really liked. This place scores big on flavor and presentation. My friend Kelly and I both ordered the shrimp enchiladas and they were fantastic! The rice was a little Bland but the beans had a good amount of cheese on them and were very flavorful and the enchiladas were just to die for! It's a small place and only seats 39, the decor is below average and you have to go outside to use the bathroom. We sat and talked for over 2 hours and I noticed that it was quite busy even during the off hours between 2:30 and 5. I wish them luck as they've been here at this location for about two years. I'll...

The carne asada and al pastor were phenomenal. The chicken was ok. I also order a carne asada torta. The torta was delicious. The crispy bun kept the torta from getting soggy. My husband ordered a mulita, an cali burrito with 2 cokes and it was all $30 with chips and salsa. They offered excellent service. Very friendly. Even gave us the to go menu for call ahead orders. Everything was made fresh and was served within 7-10 minute, but there was only one other person waiting for their order. So it wasnโt busy. Highly recommend this place. Canโt wait to come back and try other items...
