
There are couple problems: front desk person and women showers. The front desk woman gets her head up to look who is coming and right away gets back to her computer without acknowledging me. But the most humiliating experience I had last time is when I was taking shower after swimming and felt to be forced to leave the shower in the middle of working hours because she needed to clean the restrooms even though I was the only one in the whole area. I never saw this woman even standing up before. The showers by itself could have some work done. In one of them impossible to stop running water, in the second one the water is not draining, and in the third one for weeks the drain was covered with hair till I removed it since it was the managable problem on my side.. If the new company is stiffing on water flow I can understand and pay the metered fee or tip the personal. But humiliation without any walueable excuse is too much. Read moreStill new to the area, so far I’ve met only nice staff members. I have quickly learned to try to come at slower times to avoid getting in the way of others.
There is a positive as the building is open 24/7 to members which is good for those of us who have a little social anxiety.
The area is always clean and the locker rooms are decently accessible. The pool has a nice stair-ladder that helps people with mobility issues in comfortably.
I do suggest that a few more rules could be more apparent for those of us who are harder to grab social cues so we don’t...
