Reopening was a few weeks ago so please keep that in mind. 1-The app has a $50 order limit so it's basically unusable for larger families. (Avg. Amount spent is $75-80 without any extras like milkshakes) 2-The drive thru lanes are at least a 30min wait-no matter how many cars or time of day etc. Then an additional wait for larger families because instead of them having a heads up that a bigger order is incoming via the app, it holds the drive thru line up. 3-Going inside to order is the same issue of the drive thru but the restaurant is so much smaller than what it replaced, especially the to-go/mobile order area that people are standing on top of one another & taking up what little space is available to sit inside & eat. On our last visit, two ladies waited nearly 40minutes for 2 meals of chicken tenders all the while their other meals were made & cold by the time the tenders came up....the employee who was running the food tried to help by giving them brownies for the wait but the ladies were upset not that they necessarily had to wait but that the wait ended in cold food. The food on each occasion we've visited has not been up to typical Chick-fil-A standards but we also understand a lot of effort is going into the volume of orders & we've dealt with wrong order issues, cold fries, wrong drinks because we know they are doing their best.
I'm sure a lot of the wait time is due to having to retrain/train new employees so grace & patience is being given however we've visited at least 4-5 times at various times of day & the issues haven't improved as of yet--- but we are still hopeful. (And yes, several people have asked/mentioned the app amount to the employees... Only once in our visits has a manager been on the floor & that was a director in training who was running mobile/to go orders-- I'm sure they are busy in the back trying to get everything...
Read moreSo a while back at this location I told myself I wouldn't go back because I went there from the ICU to get my wife some chicken soup I asked the young lady behind the counter to strain it because my wife still couldn't have anything solid she smirked and said they couldn't help me, I explained I didn't have anything in the car or hospital room I could use to strain it and she walked off said something to the manager who came over huffed at me and said they couldn't do anything for me. But my wife was craving chick fil a tonight so she ordered online and the app said between 8-14 minutes we'll 37 minutes later I was handed $85.00 worth of food and drinks.... Or so I thought 15 minute drive home to discover they left out the kids meal and chocolate milk. We let them know and they say it will be ready drive back wait then she hands me the food and no milk. When I asked if the milk was in the bag her reply was no would you like me to go get it....... Respectfully as I could I tried to explain $85 was a lot of money to waste...
Read moreI am so disappointed to leave this review because I really liked Chick-Fil-A and have always spoken so highly of them and their customer service but today introduced something different. Ordered a Market Fresh Salad only to discover a fly in my salad that was still alive. The young gentlemen that helped me was very apologetic and refunded me my money right away, however I cannot say the same for his manager, so this review is for her. She walked up to me, asked where the bug (fly) was and it was clear as day as he was on top of one of my strawberries living his best life and she then just walked off. Didn't apologize, didn't offer to make me a new salad, nothing. Instead she walked away and started talking about it amongst her co-workers. I don't find it funny nor laughable especially with flies carrying the bacteria and diseases they have. With Covid-19 also being out and about, I am definitely not in the mood to eat flies. I WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN. CHICK-FIL-A AND I ARE...
