I have tried to contact support, no luck. I ordered online. The site kicked me out and somehow deleted my add ons to one of the 2 sandwiches I ordered. I called like I was told to fix it...before they started making it....lady answered the phone. I told her my name and that support told me to call to fix my order before I headed to restaurant, I told her I just needed some items added. She told me to hold on. I did hold on! All the way to the restaurant and all the way inside! I told the 2 ladies working that I was the one they still, at this very minute, had on hold. One lady smiled and said, " oh your still on hold?" I said yes ma'am, I was trying to make sure my items were added before yall started making our sandwiches. The other lady then told me and my husband that she was sorry but that phone was their last priority. They were the only 2 working and they were busy. Now....might I add that we were the ONLY customer in there! I tell BOTH ladies my added items and they said they had it all fixed. Drove all the way home, kind of aggravated about this still. My husband and I sit to eat, open our sandwiches....the entire order is wrong!!!!! OMG!!! BOTH SANDWICHES WERE WRONG! MISSING PART OF MEAT AND ADD ONS!!! VERY ANGRY ABOUT THIS!!! TOO FAR TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK AND SUPPORT WILL NOT WORK! IM NOT CALLING THE RESTAURANT TO TELL THEM BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T TAKE THE TIME TO LISTEN AND MAKE IT RIGHT TO...

We ordered online via app on 06/05/2020, upon arriving at the restaurant location we called in to find out where to pick up our order as the app told us there were designated pickup locations. The staff said there was no pickup location available and we would have to go inside. We were not informed of this prior to pickup, so we asked if we could just go through the drive thru and pickup our order as it was already paid for. They told us no, that we had to go inside. We decided to cancel the order because of Covid-19 and we were not prepared to go in public, and the employee directed us to the manager on duty. We told the manager the situation and that we needed to cancel our order. They told us that it was no problem, and they would gladly take care of us. However, on 06/08/2020 we noticed our bank had a new charge from Firehouse. We called our bank and disputed the charge. Everything was fine, until it wasn’t. The dispute was reversed on 07/07/2020 and we were missing our money yet again. We called our local Firehouse again, spoke with the manager, then they had to contact the owner. The manager on duty told us there was absolutely nothing they could do for us because their system doesn’t go back that far. Read moreI ordered a hook & ladder salad with extra ranch and no peppercini. My order was repeated back to me correctly. When I got my order, I had peppercini and no extra ranch. I had two ranch cups. I eat Firehouse salads often and two was standard at each one I've been to, that is why I ask for extra. When I inquired about it, the cashier told me that it is two in there. I told her that I asked for extra and looked at the receipt, it showed extra ranch as well. The cashier told me it would be 25 cents for extra ranch...that was after I already paid $8.55 for the salad and a rounded up donation of 45 cents for $9.00 even. Extra ranch was listed on my receipt but when I asked about it because it was not in my bag, it is now 25 cents? I also mentioned peppercini being on the salad when I asked for no peppercini, then I just said," That's okay, don't worry about it" after looking at the cashier's body language. I was not mean or anything. I worked in fast food as a teen, so I know customers can be rough.
