Burger King — Restaurant in Vidalia

Too bad you can't give ZERO stars. This has to be the worst Burger King I have ever visited. They confused my order with a mobile order which I politely told them was not mine. After being asked to pull forward and wait, I watched 12....yes....that's 12 other drive thru customers being served, emptying the whole drive through in the process, before they came back out and offered me the mobile order that still was not mine. I requested a refund since I had spent well over 45 minutes waiting for my food. When I requested my refund, the manager came out and told me that they would get my order placed and made immediately and hoped this would rectify the situation. After telling her no and that I would not be visiting this restaurant again, she promptly turned around and said "I don't give a ** if you ever come back again or not" So much for management setting the bar and I think it safe to say this is not leadership that should be promoted or...

Went into the drive thru making sure I knew what I wanted so I can be fast. I use to work at McDonald’s for years and I hate slow order makers so I myself ensure I’m not. I asked The child(becuz that’s clearly who she is mentally) can I have a double whopper w cheese no mayo, no tomato’s and no onions meal and i immediately get an anything else. Which threw me off with the rude tone. So I said add mustard and she says you said a meal. I say yes and so I turn to my spouse to make sure he wanted a Dr Pepper and while I asked him quickly and he says yes, I get two more anything else. So I say the drink. I’m looking at the screen and my whole order is wrong and she just keeps saying anything while I’m literally speaking so I say never mind and...

Not one to give a bad review but this particular trip was not the best experience I've had with BK. Sat at the speaker a long time with no cars in drive thru ahead of me, attendant was rude over the speaker(almost angry I was bothering her to take my order), order was wrong, fries were cold(the kinda cold where they've been sitting on a counter away from the heat lamp for a while, almost chewy... That kinda cold). The burgers tasted alright but were kinda just thrown in the wrapper however and dropped in the bag. It's fast food and everytime you go thru any drive thru, it's a gamble... I won't hold this one instance against the place, and I'll probably give it another shot at some point if I'm in town and it sounds good...
