Kohl's — Local services in Vincennes

Its a great store but the female manager is the most unprofessional manager I have ever seen or spoken to EVER! I went to pay for a nice dress shirt on my lunch hour mind you it was on sale according to the sign on rack, but it was ringing up not on sale so I took it upon myself to point the sign out and show her all the shirts 25 -30 shirts approximately we on same rack and her response was this rack is the right shirt on sale not the one u have. Then I say well they all are with the wrong sign then. Then she said very disrespectful see the sign reads v neck not what u want. So I then said I understood but since the sign says it's on sale will I still get it for sale price and she said absolutely not and the store is just needing to put stuff in correct spot or replace wrong sign. So is this my fault for her irresponsibly on making her store right on signs and or tags/racks? If I couldn't be a respectful manager then I would resign. I was a very helpful respectful and honest manager. Treat others how u want to be treated. Regardless how your day is going smile and be nice respectful and be aware that if people like myself and many others whom spend a large amount of money there pays your pay check so remember next time you want be hateful just for asking a simple yes or no question. There were technical difficulties with my Kohls card and Graham, the manager, went above and beyond to help me resolve it. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable and reassured me that the problem would be resolved which gave me peace of mind. His calming attitude helped calm me down because the problem I was facing was extremely troubling. I also want to thank Sparrow and Susan for being personable and efficient, very nice, hard-working people. They greatly improved my shopping experience and I look forward to shopping at the Vincennes Kohls again in the near future! I was at KOHLS for 1 reason return Amazon merchandise ,did not know Kohl's provides this free of charge service. Anyway it was my 1st time doing a return to Amazon, the lady was very patient as I fumbled to get the information she needed from my phone, she was very knowledgeable, courteous,helpful,did I mention patient, and we exchanged a joke about a in store posted sign.

As I was walking out to leave some jewelry for my wife caught my eyes, and then a Smart watch so I asked the associate to get it for me, this is where I was waited on by Kat, I give her 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟she was very warm and friendly,knowledgeable,helpful and helped me get a Kohl's new CC .
