Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Vincennes

Absolutely awful! From the service to the food. They wouldn't take anyone's order they directed you to the kiosks, kiosks prompts you to give your name, it doesn't give you a receipt, then when your order is done they yell out order numbers that you didn't get so everyone that has ordered has to touch the food to see if it's theirs, staff wear the same gloves preparing your food as they use to touch every surface in the building without changing them, staff can be seen sitting on places food is prepared, using their cell phones while people wait 20+ minutes to get their food in drive thru and inside although drive through gets a priority im sure for the drive times. Most of the staff are rude, and act like they dont get paid to do what you are asking of them, although I'm sure none of them can be happy it seems none of them have been properly trained, they have inadequate managers who when asked how to do something, do not teach them just grab it from them and proceed to do it themselves. The chicken was overcooked and the taste was just awful. The grease had to be way past needing changed by the taste of it. Their isnt a single thing positive I can say about my visit here. Other than the young boy that attempted to make my order right but was rudely told not to by his manager. I highly recommend mew management as soon as possible, if not this business is going...

Every time I've gone here it's been one thing after another. From paying for food that I didn't get, my order being wrong, the quality of the food awful, being cold, thrown together, the food falling out off the packaging in the bag, mutiple times I've hate to sit in line only for 10-20 minutes to finally get to the box to be told they don't have want I want and not only that but are out of almost everything. One particular time I waited at the end of the drive through for 20 minutes with about 3/4 cars ahead and never moved, finally I decide to just try going in the Lobby. Got into the lobby to people standing everywhere waiting for their food, get up to the register. An employee is standing off to the side, he looks at me, says nothing and continues restocking straws and cups for a Good 2-3 minutes without a word to me .I finally ask if I can get some service .to find that they are out of potatoes wedges, out of beef, and out of chicken. How they were even still operating when the to main components to the store they don't have I will never understand. This place really is a joke. I don't know if it's poor management or poor ownership but if you want taco bell go to the one on the other side of town, as for chicken don't...

Everytime i go here there out of a main ingriedient used for taco bell...for example they didnt have any beef the other day only steak or chicken. This happens what seems like everytime i go here. We ordered kfc also a different day an after we had already paid then told us they had no white meat we then asked for our money back because we paid for the white meat order the manager then got an attitude an asked if we could just get thighs instead of breast. We said no the manager was upset that we didnt want dark meat when we paid. Over 10$ for a white meat dinner. Service is terrible an its pretty dirty on the inside tables are never clean... Not the best place to go. Fairly decent when u can actually get what you ordered if...
