Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Vinton

I’d like to thank and recognize Tee the manager of Tractor Supply in Vinton Va. After making several calls to several company stores asking to see if they have any metal watering cans, none of them in Roanoke had them. Tractor Supply in Vinton didn’t have any on hand and they had no expectation of their receiving any in the near future. Tee gave me a call to tell me that she got me a –metal- watering can. She drove all the way to Appomattox VA to get me a watering can from their Tractor Supply store. Talk about “taking care of the customer”, Tee went above and beyond the call of duty as a retail store manager to get me this item. She displayed -outstanding customer service-. I am pleased with my can and look forward to shopping Vinton’s Tractor Supply...

Came in today to get a replacement pump under a warranty i purchased. i admitt i did not have the receipt but gave them my account info which was displayed on my phone app showing the purchase. The store manager was a complete jerk and did not care about my problem or take the time to attempt to solve it. She simply gave me a customer care phone number and dismissed me. I called the phone number and had a copy of my receipt emailed to me within 3 minutes by the friendly staff on the phone who told me they should have been able to pull that same info in the store.
