Lake Drive Plaza — Local services in Vinton

The place to get Chinese food if you live in the Vinton area. Kroger is here also. Avoid Subway. Some of the staff here outright lie. Recently arrived 20 min before closing and was told they were closing and would not make subs. When I got back to the car I decided to call the manager. I was told that she wasn't available. When I asked why I was told that they were closing and wouldn't make subs for us they stated "We didn't tell you that." I used to get subs 1-2 times a week here for a family of 8. I have spent a lot of money at this establishment but the staff have been problematic the last 2 visits. I guess they they don't need the revenue. I can't be the only one this has happened to and when they close and jobs are lost management and corporate will be standing there wondering what happened. It's about customer service! There are way too many options out there for people to spend their hard earned money at and this Subway has gotten my last dollar. Hope someone with some authority at Subway in Vinton sees this and fixes the problem before...

Well I was over in lakeside plaza I had to go meet a friend that was there. I still like the plaza I have been using it for my whole life. I have found memories and remember when hardly anything was there. It has made a lot of changes over the years. It still has a lot to offer. Got a lot of good places to visit. Also had a few restaurants in there on that pavement. In the plaza. Lot of stores of all kinds from grocery stores and salons, nails. I think even a discount stores with all kinds of gadgets in it. I still like it too go...

There are so many wonderful shops in this plaza! The employees are always warm and welcoming! The establishments are always clean and well kept. Plenty of shops, restaurants and even an ABC store, grocery store with a huge Boar’s Head Deli, a movie theater and a gas station. There are two AWESOME pizza shops in the area or close by. Joe’s is my favorite but Benny Adalina has the biggest in town! West lake Cinema typically has good movies showing and Sunken City Brewery is tight next door featuring a large selection of local craft...
