Crepe & Boba Station — Restaurant in Violet Township

Walked in an hour before closing and got greeted with not even a single bit of respect as a customer would deserve. Tried to order 2 taro milk teas but ran into a confusion with the man working the register. He says that that they've never carried any of the "brown sugar boba", but not even a couple of months ago I had came in and ordered the same taro milk tea and got stopped by the same man who was working at the register and offered to switch the boba to the brown sugar version. Honestly not that big of a deal but being lied too as a customer is not what you want. After our orders was taken, another customer walked in and instantly the same man who took our order had the biggest personality switch I've ever seen. As a customer I would expect for all of us to be treated the same without any disrespect. I hope another customer never gets treated like this, so please show your customers a little...

TLDR; Drinks take long, and generally aren’t that great, but it’s a sweet treat right down the street. 🤷the tapioca is good!

I’m an avid boba drinker and have yet to find a place that comes close to Drop In-Tea in Cincinnati. Even the boba shops on the upper west side are hit or miss… I didn’t expect too much from this place because its main focus seems to be more on the crepe and dessert side. The drink was okay, you could see the powder sink to the bottom after every sip.. there isn’t really any care into the actual drink making itself. The tapioca was pretty tasty though. Over all pretty good experience! We ordered a dragon fruit green tea with bubbles (9/10), a mango green tea with cherry popping bubbles (8/10), and a marshmallow crepe 7.5/10. Workers were friendly and we got everything pretty fast. The tapioca bubbles are very soft chewy and aren’t super sugary which I love. Both teas were delicious, a little on the sweet side but extremely refreshing. The marshmallow crepe was very good but not really for us. we will definitely be back to try a different one for sure. Price of the crepe is a bit high but we split it between 2 people and it was just the right amount of food for us. This easily just became one of my top 3 boba places in the central Ohio area.
