As a young female, sometime it’s hard to find a gym where you truly feel comfortable. I can wholeheartedly say that this facility (and its members) make me feel comfortable, respected, and supported. The staff members are incredibly friendly and they really make you feel like part of the community, whether you’re a seasoned lifter or brand-new to a gym environment. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the members are ALWAYS respectful and kind, making it such a positive and fun place to train. That being said, they still push you to really reach your full potential. The owners are truly some of the most generous, kind-hearted people I’ve ever met—they genuinely care about their members and their fitness goals, and create an environment where everyone feels welcomed.

I love how the gym is 24/7 and key access only. Gives me the flexibility to workout whenever I want while also making me feel completely safe and secure. The equipment is well maintained and facilities are kept very clean. I have never had to wait for equipment (and I’ve been at all times of the day) so you can get in, get your workout done, and not have to worry about crowded spaces or interruptions. They have all the necessary equipment to get a solid workout in. I’ve only attended one group-fitness class, but I had a blast and will definitely attend more. It truly has something for everyone, and the sense of camaraderie is unmatched. I have been a part of this gym, for several years! The owners, Tom and Beth, as well as the trainers and physical therapists all treat you like family. You're welcomed by first name, and you have a 24 hour gym that is kept exceptionally clean and safely run. All classes are also included in your monthly membership! If you are looking for a massage therapist, they even have one on staff! One on one personal training, and small group personal training is all available, if you're looking for a more intense approach. I have never felt more comfortable in a gym. It's because of the comfort, welcoming staff, and other wonderful clientele, that I have been able to focus on fitness, without the worries of massive gyms where you're just one of 100 people in a class, or wondering how to use equipment with no one around to help. Absolutely love everything about this gym. Clean, lots of options, and super friendly people. I found the gym when I was tired of the same routine and needed a boost to my confidence. While all the classes and trainers are awesome, super friendly and motivating, Tracy Stolle has been simply put, the best. I have been working with her for almost two years now and she has helped me achieve goals I never knew I had or wanted to achieve, my goal at first was to simply get in shape - after working with Tracy I am now reaching for goals of completing 1/2 marathons.
